Lack of professionalism, responsiveness and customer service in my opinion. I wish I had seen another customers review (bad experience) as I would have taken my business elsewhere and recommend anyone else do the same. Olympic Systems/Redding Concrete messed up our concrete leaving a huge blemish and yet Mr. Funk still had the audacity to charged us the full amount. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.
