We have been in the home inspection industry in Alaska since 1991 when Steve Wisdom started the company from Homer, Alaska. As one of the longest standing home inspection firms in Alaska, our company has over the years grown to several inspectors and energy raters servicing the entire state of Alaska for existing home inspections, new construction code inspections, energy ratings and in the last 15 years as a provider of education for the building industry.

This means you will need to obtain 16 hours of continuing education prior to the end of this year to keep your license current. Mechanical Administrators - Mechanical Administrator occupational licensing comes due this year. You may need up to 16 hours of continuing education credit in both plumbing and mechanical credit depending on your license type.
