I built my home with Pietsch Builders in late 2017. My wife and I talked with many other builders and looked at many other model homes. We were both very surprised at the shoddy work that other builders put in their model homes. Pietsch builders models were all very high quality and that is what made us go with them. The build process was quite enjoyable.
There were a few issues that came up during the process but Doug, Karla and Jon were all very quick to respond and solve the issue - many times Jon already knew about the issue and had taken steps to resolve it without my asking. I was so happy with the overall experience and final product that I commissioned Doug to build a 30x60 shop next to my house. 3 yrs later I am still very happy we went with Pietsch Builders and recommend them to our closest friends.

I'm not one to write reviews much but I had an overall good experience with Pietsch Builders. I built late 2016 and moved in January of 2017. What drove me to write this review is I noticed an item, just a month ago, that was overlooked, small cosmetic H-clips on the siding in one small area. Not a big deal. I hadn't even noticed they were missing in 1.5 years.
So I called Doug up and they didn't question it, they jumped into action and resolved it with the siding sub. They easily could have told me to pound sand as I had did the final walk thru and it was past a year warranty period but they didn't. They owned it and fixed it! If I ever build again I'll call them. Although I don't know that I'll ever move from this house! Thanks Pietsch! --Kelly Charles

Built a custom home with Pietsch late 2017. They do good work and use better finishings than competitors. We finished on schedule and haven't had any issues since. If you like higher end detail, build with these guys. This was our second time building and we noticed the meticulous detail from the very beginning.
