Garcia Imported Tile

I can't say enough great things about Garcia Tile! We have used them twice, kitchen and bath and they are just phenomenal! Aside from the beautiful work they do, from start to finish, every single person was so helpful and nice, they really go out of their way to help and make you happy! I have say that Garcia granite and tile did an awesome job. They help us get the tile for our kitchen floor and pick out our granite for our countertops. Sorry Marjorie P. We all know there are two sides to every story. It is true we deal with over a hundred contractors, but we will always have their business. Homeowners that walk in are a one time opportunity, so we always give priority to homeowners. Many granite fabricators do not work with homeowners at all - only contractors. Your story is incorrect. Next, you neglected to mention that is was the week before Thanksgiving.

We did indeed have approx 40 jobs in the shop. It is the busiest time of the year. You wanted to leap frog in front of all of those jobs and get your granite in a few days. It is sad that you can't always get what you want. It is sadder that because you did not get your way, you want to drag my name and the company name through the mud. Shame on you.

I have used Garcia and Tile 3 times now. Granite, backslash, and now tile removal. They are the hardest working people. Recently I just had a man named Tony take out 450sqft of tile. Hardest and honest working man. This is the kind of work I appreciate. I highly recommend this company! Manny can be easily reached by store, cell, or email.

A few years agoI had a glass backsplash installed in my kitchen. The installer was Manny who did a beautiful job though I did have trouble understanding him. The reason for three stars is that the first time they were supposed to come to my home to install, I never heard from them Finally, after a few months I contacted them and apologies were made for having lost me in their computer. I would like to have new bathroom floor installed. Will check them out to see if we can communicate better. I like to support local, smaller businesses.

Always love to support local businesses and believeved I had made a good choice. From the time the granite project started it was a total nightmare. It took around 3 months start to finish while I was told it would take 2-3 weeks. The granite was not templated correctly and the installer showed up 3 hours late day of installation. Owner of company does not care about his customers and only wants your money. Stated he would take care of me when we started running into issues only to stop returning all phone calls. Would not recommend this company to anybody.

Ive used Garcia tile numerous times and I've never had a problem, Customer service is great! And they have always completed the job faster then most companies i have used in the past, i own several properties and i will not use anyone else. You guys are great!
