Lot 16 & 17 Block 7, Highlands Ridge are situated on Fourth Street just east of the residential development. These lots are ideally suited for office use and include a sloping "walk-out" style lot, allowing for natural sunlight on the lower level too. May be purchased as one parcel or two. Through our construction company, Midwest Construction, Inc. we can also assist you with a complete design/build package. We specialize in commercial construction and have relationships with architects and engineers who are reasonable and very professional.
The picturesque setting for Highlands Ridge is within minutes of the Northridge Plaza, Super Walmart and the Capitol Complex. Due to the natural topography, there are lots with gorgeous views of the valleys that surround the area. These lots lend themselves to walkout back yards. If that doesn't suit you, there are also flat lots for a traditional basement or slab on grade construction.
