Services
In 1987, George Osborne formed Osborne Construction Company in Alaska, providing contracting services for state and federal agencies. With early successes in remote locations and extreme weather, Osborne gained a reputation for specializing in complex and logistically challenging work. That same year, the company expanded its operations to the Pacific Northwest, focusing on multifamily, tenant improvement, and military building in Washington state.Over the decades, Osborne has built many award-winning projects, some even valued at $250,000,000.
We build the future. In an effort to create a more sustainable world, Osborne seeks partners and projects with green, energy-efficient goals. When it comes to safety, we plan, train, and communicate for each task, meticulously working on the details. Every inspection and safety walkthrough should be an observation of all the good practices that we collectively created.
As a general contractor, we use our skills to turn dreams into reality. It's our passion to take a set of plans and move them, phase by phase, into a completed structure. It's the act of creation, from the ground up. We rely on excellent planning, communication, and management controls. You can trust our longstanding relationships with expert trade partners and permitting agencies to get the job done, on time and on budget.
They work hard and drive the growth of our business. We are part of a competitive industry, so we're proud of our ability to attract and retain talented professionals, skilled craftspeople, and recent graduates. In return, we want to be the kind of employer that helps people build solid careers and lives.

Terrible company who does not follow basic safety and cleanliness and exposes Bellevue residents to chemicals and dust. there is white residue (which I hope is not asbestos) on sidewalk where people like myself walk on 10050 Northeast 10th Street. It is a project that they are building which is called Bellevue 10. The managers deserve to be in prison for the malpractice. CLEAN UP THE FREAKING SIDEWALK And FOLLOW BASIC DECENCY

Great Western Drywall worked on the Lofts project in Renton, Wa. It was a difficult job with incomplete plans and a difficult inspector. The job ran past the completion date and the owner of the project withheld the final months payments. I emailed Mr Osborne and he paid Great Western out of his company funds, something that he did not have to do. George Osborne is one of the most honest men I have worked for in the 40 years I have been in the trades. If you perform your work correctly and on schedule he will pay you. Thank you Mr Osborne.
