P. Flanigan & Sons has been serving the Baltimore area for more than 130 years, with five generations of the Flanigan family overseeing the operations of the company. Materials Report

Our Monroe Street and Westport Plants have both received the NAPA Diamond Quality Commendation annually since 2010. We provide many different mixes including D.O.T. approved hot mixes, high quality commercial and private hot mixes, warm mix asphalt options, and high spec cold patch in bulk. Flanigan acquired Stancills Inc., a specialty aggregate company located in Perryville, in 2017.

Nice office building but their parking lot leaves much to be desired.poor layout with bottlenecks of people trying to park and delivery trucks running into parked vehicles. Not good.
