Sweeping, three-story glass atriums and timeless brick exteriors combine to make these professional offices differ among the many offerings in this upscale suburban setting. Taylor worked with the project design team to mix superior finishes and a highly efficient building automation system to create business space that truly works.
Zeller Corporation, a premier firm in electrical manufacturing solutions, was looking to move and upgrade its operation of 44 years. Outgrowing its old location, Zeller was looking to remodel 65, 000 SF at the old Gleason Business Center to optimize the supply chain between the two organizations. Taylor lead the enhancement and redevelopment of the old Gleason Works into a contemporary business center. The project was able to celebrate its award of the Silver Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Certification from the U. S. Green Building Council.
This adaptable Class A building was projected and constructed to allow for easy conversion to any number of medical uses. An example of design-on-the-fly, builing of this state of the art facility was started prior to completion of interior layouts and the space was ready for occupancy in just nine short months.
Taylor teamed with a top local design company to direct the adaptive re-use of this historic church building into 12, three-bedroom apartments for Eastman School music students. These units include creative layouts, soundproof construction and amenities such as hardwood floors and air conditioning that are seldom found in student housing.
