RHI begins updating marketing campaigns with expansion to radio, tv, and a larger internet presence. RHI starts advertising on KDKA radio and is hosted live on the KDKA Pittsburgh Works talk show. Greg Palmiscno, long time Manager at New Alexandria, transfers to Vandergrift and becomes the new Service Manager.

Looking for a home to meet your wants and needs is a challenging experience. Fortunately for me, I found a new friend at Riverview Homes. Her name is Amber Harbarger. I began looking at double wides. Amber was very informative and knowledgeable. During my time viewing the website and all the nice homes available, I found one that I was particularly interested in which was a lot model on sale.
I found that Amber was able to assist me in my purchase from ANY of the six locations. Once the decision was made, contract time came and again Amber came through thoroughly going over step by step the complete process. I want to thank all the guys on each crew that brought my home and got it all set up. Even through the time that the country closed down, once things opened up, I was amazed at the hard work and effort they put in to getting my new home ready.
The one thing that the guys will remember is that my husband had never seen the house until the day they pulled it onto our property. They couldn't believe that a man would let his wife go pick out a house without his input! So when they were done and we had our walk through, it was his first time inside. LOL! Go see my friend - Amber - at the Carmichaels location. You won't be sorry!

My husband and I searched many different modular home dealers to find the perfect home. Riverview in Carmichaels, with Tom and his team, worked diligently to get us the home that we wanted, in a price range that we could afford. Buying a home is not something that you do every day so it was nice to have Tom and his team to rely on with questions to help make things go smooth.
From the purchase of our new home right up until the day we moved in, and even after, Tom and his team were very supportive and did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable through the entire process. The delivery of the home went smoother than my husband and I could have ever anticipated. They were able to deliver our home earlier than we had anticipated and help speed up the process of getting us moved into our new home.
We will be forever grateful to Riverview in Carmichaels and for how hard they worked to provide my husband and myself with our beautiful new Riverview home. Thank you Tom and Amber. We appreciate everything that you did for us.

In August 2020 we stopped in at Riverview homes just to look at the homes that they had on their lot to replace our summer home. Mike Ridley was our sales representative that was showing us the homes. Needless to say, Mike was a wonderful helping us through the process of making the purchase of our new modular home at the end of September. Everything pretty much fell into place after our son and his crew completed the foundation and poured the basement floor. Rick and his crew members made everything happen very quickly to get it buttoned up before bad weather came at the end of October.
Any questions we had or concerns were answered by Mike and Riverview team members in a timely manners. We still have porches, patios sidewalks and landscaping that will be completed in the spring. Our daughters helped us get the steps to the basement in and they also installed a very nice back splash in the kitchen area. We all had Taken a part in installing the wiring, installing plumbing and had a Fayette heating and Cooling to install furnace and air conditioning.
My husband Bud installed a wood burner to help keep heating bills down. I love the view from our kitchen window seeing Yough Lake! We would like to thank Riverview Homes and Mike for making this a wonderful experience and we would recommend Riverview for your home buying needs.
