Living in Atkinson, New Hampshire and father of three, Frank Siva, founder of Silva Construction, was always interested with the process of building. It drove his imagination at a young age and in 1980 he was involved into a construction. In his early career he found himself limited in the business by those around him and the jobs he was asked to do. At this point his vision of providing work that no one else has was at a dead end. So, in 1985 Frank Silva founded a framing firm to pursue such a goal. In its early stages the business grew and became respected amongst customers through his motto of Through every job builds an everlasting foundation of friendship.

Some years later Frank Silva's framing business became what is now, Silva Construction. Early on Silva Construction started with pre-designed houses until Frank Silva's credibility and expertise in custom housing became popular. A specialist in custom housing and architecture, Frank Silva and Silva Construction progressed to larger jobs and started building in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Silva Construction has now built over 175 homes ranging from pre-designed houses to custom houses built entirely through collaboration between Frank Silva and his customers.

A hands-on owner, Frank Silva wants to make sure that at the end of every project his homes fit the complete description and desires of the customer's requirements so that their own dreams can begin. Building homes through Massachusetts (Salem, Needham, Methuen, etc.) and New Hampshire (Concord, Manchester, Atkinson, etc.) , Frank Silva guarantees his passion is brought to every customer in full and is left within their homes when finished .
