LEED Buildings - The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System by the U. S. Green Building Council (USGBC) is a feature-oriented rating system that awards buildings points for satisfying specified green building criteria. The six major environmental categories of review include: Sustainable Sites, Water Efficiency, Energy and Atmosphere, Materials and Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality and Innovation and Design.
Earthcraft Buildings - The Earthcraft rating system is developed by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and Southface and is catered towards green building in the Southeastern U. S. It offers separate rating systems for light commercial, multifamily, residential, renovation, and communities.

Joe Fraser is a graduate from Georgia Tech Civil Engineering and Harvard Business School. Prior to becoming President of Fraser Construction, Joe was Vice President of Joe Harden Builder, Inc. on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, President of CTS Construction Company in Boca Raton, Florida, and TCR South Florida Homebuilding, Inc. He is responsible for all construction operations of Fraser Construction. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and National Association of Homebuilders.

We were pleased with all facets of our experience with Fraser Construction in our HS Auxiliary Building project this past year at Cross Schools. They were very "hands on" in every positive aspect of that phrase, keeping us informed of progress, challenges, and timelines throughout. To complete the size of project we had in the time they did (and come in under projected cost) was nothing short of miraculous! I would highly recommend to anyone.
