Northern States Basement Systems is completely dedicated to the Basement Systems philosophy and approach to controlling water, moisture, humidity, and other crawlspace and basement problems. Our mission is to provide high quality custom designed systems and total service to each customer within the communities we serve. We have worked with the City of Duluth and Proctor on their I & I program for many years, installing many sump pump systems to keep the water from going into Lake Superior. We are currently working with the City of Eveleth installing Sump systems for their homeowners. Our intelligent, proven approach to the design and installation of permanent solutions results in dry below grade spaces.

We provide lifetime of the home warranties on all qualified basement solutions. We provide 25 year warranties on all qualified crawlspace solutions. Our warranties go with the home and are fully transferable to all future homeowners.
