AFS Foundation just finished a job on my house, installing 7 piers. My experience has been a good one. Troy came out and inspected and quoted the job, explained in detail the process involved in performing the work. He was professional and knowledgeable and answered my questions and concerns. Lee was my contact in the office by phone and was easy to talk to and made the paperwork/contract an easy process. AFS was able to start the job in a timely manner. Javier and Reynaldo performed all the work in one day.

They took the time to answer my questions throughout the day and explained what they were doing in detail and why. I knew my house was in good hands after talking with them. They were professional, very respectful, and hardworking. Javier and Reynaldo did a great job and took care of me and my house. Thank you!

I paid AFS to put a foundation around my house and lift my floors, they sent out a outside contractor which they say they don't use, I didn't get a foundation, I got a new floor system set back on rocks, they did come back and put some block piers down my main girder. The salesman met us on a Sunday night to collect their money which I found very unprofessional, I have cracking walls around my fireplace, and down my load bearing wall. AFS sent another guy out that reassured me that if I didn't pay they would take me to court and they had engineers and lawyer beat me in court, he was a bully for sure. I don't recommend AFS.

Crew started as soon as they arrived, Ken Mays talked with us and asked us our concerns. Ken suggested they would be done in 2 days instead of 3. The second day of service i walked into my spare bedroom and found the floor still spongy. I spoke with Ken and he said that the joist wasn't resting on the new I beams. I wanted each joist to rest so that the floor would be stiff again. Ken understood and cut 2xs to attach to each joist and touch each I beam to allow the floor to become stabile. Charles Watry and Richard Bowen did a good job and stayed busy inside and out of our crawl space. Ian Kee was very punctual in getting back with us at every turn of the job. Thanks to all staff and crew.

Dustin inspected our house for foundation issues and located a corner with cracking through exterior brickwork. He was very professional and sincere. Price quoted included a discount for veteran's. Job was scheduled for the next week on Friday. On Monday I received a call from Javier M who was the foreman for the job asking if they could do the job earlier.

When they arrived Javier explained the nature of the work and wanted to know my concerns. I had shrubs, trees and sprinkler system in the area where the work was done. The work was done quickly, expertly and with no damage to anything. Great team Dustin, Javier M, Michael M, and Ken M. These guys got after it and finished within 3 hours. Nicely done!

I'm Happy Happy Happy! Gavin & Brandon were extremely professional, answered ALL my questions (I had a lot), safety was priority (PPE/scene clearance), and cleaned up 100% after completion. They listened to me and made me feel like the most important job on the list. Excellent! John Tanner assessed the job, he was the kindest, easy to talk to and brightest smile ever!

He answered all my questions, gave practical & preventative instruction & the bid was not sky high. This whole crew was very trustworthy and not once gave me the creeps. Will recommend for sure!

I had Justin come out and look at everything. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. He quoted the price around $38,000. They removed debris, insulation under floor, mold, installed 4 piers, 9 jacks under the foundation under house( none outside of house), encapsulated the crawl space, installed the dehumidifier and built a new door.

The crew that did the work showed up a week early which was fine. They would show up for work around 10 or 11 am and work until 6 or 7 pm. They were there 5 days total. I am not happy with the door they installed (see photos) The door I had there was trimmed out onto the brick which covered those gaps. Had I known this is what the new door would look like I would have built it myself.

Now I'm wondering if they took short cuts like this where it's visible, what kind of shortcuts were taken that are covered up by the encapsulation. I watched these guys work some but I have a job and couldn't stand around and watch every detail. The last picture is the original door. I talked to Justin about the door and he replied that something would be done about it after he talked to his boss. I haven't heard anything else from them since 2/9/22. I guess we will see.

AFS did massive foundation stabilization on our home that required 11 peers. Mark Lane the Rep that did the initial inspection & walk through was very thorough & explained things perfectly! Throughout the entire process he was only a phone call away to answer any question we had! The crew that did the work, with site lead, Javier Marcial & crew Michael Moseley & Chris Johnson were quick, efficient & very hard working. Javier is a great representative of AFS & knows his way around the foundation of a home! We have an old home that will require more work & will definitely be repeat customers!

At the advice of my Brother-in-law whom had just used AFS for repair on my Sister and his home and was well pleased with all service, I called to have someone come and give a free estimate on my foundation. I quickly received a call from Mr. Mark Lane and we set up a day and time for him to come to my home. Mark called me when he was on his way and when he got here I was immediately at ease with him because that is the way he makes you feel.

He was very friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. After he went under my house he had pictures of the damage that is needed replacing and was very understanding that I live on a fixed income. He even called Calvin who does the outsourced work to get and idea of an estimate of what it would totally cost me. I did have another company to come and give me a quote but I choose to go with AFS not only because the cost but the way I have been treated and kept up to date and that is due to Mr.

Mark Lane. I thank you Mark and look forward to working with you when the work starts. If the workers who are going to be doing the job are as thorough as you I know the outcome will be the best.

Javier, Christopher and Michael encapsulated my crawlspace with skill and efficiency. They communicated well with myself and my wife throughout the entire process. They even finished early. The crawlspace is now dry, clean and I have peace of mind about it's condition for years to come. Thanks!

Ian was the person that contacted me. He walked me through the entire process. He was professional and he has followed up to make sure the process was going as planned. The crew that came out to do the installation was professional and courteous. Sammy and Justin did a fantastic job. The crawlspace looks great. The job went smoothly with no interruption to my life. The whole team is awesome to deal with, however our service technician Kevin McLaughlin went above and beyond. He was very polite and even called me to let me know he would arrive a little early. He was very thorough and explained everything to me and went over things a couple times to make sure he knew exactly how to help us. I would highly recommend them to anyone having any kind of foundation issues.

I had several companies come out and review our crawlspace and water intrusion conditions. All of the companies seemed knowledgeable, but I just felt better dealing with John D from AFS. He was upfront, honest, and discussed everything with me in detail that needed to be done and explained why. They were not the cheapest option, but by far the most professional - from beginning to end.

We had wet conditions in the crawlspace and high humidity in the house. We needed pumps, foundation piping, encapsulation, and a dehumidifier. After talking it through with John several times we pulled the trigger. John D took care of us throughout the entire process. His lead foreman Isaiah was super professional and his crew did a great job. I have waited a week or so to test out the house humidity and to see how the pumps performed under a heavy rain.

Before the work was done, our house humidity was anywhere from 66% - 72% and now it hovers between 50% - 56%. Perfect! The crawlspace is super dry and the piping and pumps work great! No water in the crawlspace! Thanks AFS for a great job! Thanks John D for taking good care of us! I would highly recommend them for any waterproofing or crawlspace work!

Carlos and crew did a great job. They were very professional and did a great job of install. Only issue we had would be communication between customer and home office. Took the crew 3 days to complete due to short manning and there was no communication on arrival time of crew the third day.

Jun 21: Donald, Austin and Isaiah did a wonderful job on the encapsulation. From clean out to clean up the crew was polite and courteous. The crawl space is so clean now and the humidity is rocking at around 50% (even in the back corners) with 90+ humidity outside. Matthew joined Donald for the final cleanup on the door to finish out the project. Thanks, AFS!

May 21: Richard and Zach did a great job stabilizing the foundation of my house to prevent further damage. Both of these guys were hard workers and were able to complete the job in about 10 hours, including cleanup. Update:: Make sure they have finished everything before you pay. Seed and hay have not been provided to cover the soil, I had to fill in a hole left in one area myself, and I have been ghosted since I paid the invoice. Dropping my 5 stars to 4. Update #2: Important note: If there is something you don't like, talk to the foreman who did the work and not to the sales force. 5 stars to the crew that actually did the work, 3 stars to the AFS internal and external communication process.

They did great work and cleaned up nicely. Started at 8am and finished before 11:30am.

The crew extremely respectful during the project. They kept us updated the entire process. I highly recommend AFS for all your leveling needs.

Just this last week our electricity was out for over 2hrs and had it not been for AFS's Battery back up pump system. I would have spent the next 2 days fighting the water back and drying my full basement out yet again. I have had my system in now for a year and a half and it was well worth every penny. I had just upgraded to their gold service plan this year and It has paid for itself this last week 3 times over in my opinion the first year.

Because of the trickle charger on one of my pump systems had went out and it was covered completely plus my time wasted to clean up a flooded basement. Thank You Greatly again AFS.

I used AFS to add drainage to my basement and also ad posts to support 2nd floor. They done a very professional job, kept a clean job site, and finished on time. I had no issues.

AFS is a very professional company with employees who seem well-trained in what they do. Our first contact came and checked the problem out and explained in detail what was happening and how AFS would repair the foundation. He was very well versed in his explaining the procedure as well as showing us on paper how it would be repaired. The guys who came out to actually do the repair were very considerate of the surrounding plantings, etc. when they had to dig around the foundation. We have been very pleased with the results so far...it has been less than a year, but all seems stable.
