The kindness of the people who work for Clean Air Pro is amazing. I called the company, mistakenly believing it did AC repair. Tammy went to the trouble of asking the boss, Ben, for recommendations and texted one to me within minutes. I have a disabled child whose seizures intensify with heat, so you can imagine how much I appreciate the gesture.

We just moved into a new home and while everything appeared spotless we just wanted to take precautions and have our air ducts cleaned as my husband does have severe allergies. Lo and behold they found mold and bacteria growth. They recommended installing a UV light to prevent future growth would highly recommend them!

Ben was really great. He gave us a no strings attached evaluation on our house and was friendly & professional. He came in wearing booties and mask which we really appreciated and opened up the phlenum to see if there was anything lurking causing a strange smell. The cleaning crew came and did a good job at cleaning the ducts, which was the ultimate goal. That being said, the crew could do a better job at covering furniture as the house was left extremely dusty. The pricing was a little confusing and the tech wanted to charge something higher than what was discussed over the phone. Tammy and Ben helped clear the misunderstanding. I would use them again, especially now that I know how it works.

They barely got out the stains on my performance cushions but unbelievably they were NOT VACCINATED! Absurd.

Ben and his team were kind, professional and prompt. We even couldn't locate the dryer vent on the exterior and they found it on the top of our roof, probably out of code. I was having a frustrating day and they made it significantly better. I highly recommend! Thanks guys!

Clean Air Houston Pro just finished servicing our house today. The 5-star rating from all the customers is well deserved. If you have any apprehension or concerns, this company is where you want to receive service because they will alleviate your concerns. They made the process easy and straightforward. The service from beginning to end exceeded our expectations.

The customer service representative who took the order thoroughly answered all of our questions. The most powerful part of this process was them explaining Basic, Deep Clean, and Bacteria Clean options per vent, so we knew in advance the approximate amount for the entire service. The estimates were spot on. The second most impactful item was the fact that they did not charge a consultation fee.

This particular industry has a tendency to come off slimy or overinflated, so the transparent and professional service was a refreshing welcome. As a customer, you really hope good customer service is the standard, but here in Texas it is rare. Hence, we welcomed it. Next, the air duct cleaning service was done in a professional and efficient manner.

Our property was previously owned by someone else and the vents were never cleaned. Several years of dirty vents, yuck! Hence, there was a lot to clean. We also had several filters attached to the HVAC that required changing and quickly purchased the filters while they were cleaning the vents. They even gave us insight into the different types of filters, so we could maximize our airflow and save some money with the various filters. Last, but certainly not least, the representatives were professional, courteous, friendly, and worked diligently. They cleaned the heck out of our vents. The overall experience touched on a great price point and great service. We definitely plan to use them in the future.

We had these folks service our vents about two years ago. So knowledgeable. Easy to communicate with. We ended up calling them back for two more jobs. When our A/C was not working we called a repair company (good company also) who said we needed a new plenum. Quoted us $1200. So on a lark we called Ben and he replaced juts as good for less than $500! Really great company.

The cost ramped up very quickly upon arrival but the staff was pleasant and considerate. We seem to notice cleaner air in house after they finished.

Needed help with retrieving a brush that broke from the rod inside our dryer duct. Requested a general quote through Yelp and Clean Air Pro was the first to respond, arrived within an hour, and sucked out the brush with a shop vac w/extra long hose, along with a dense ball of lint, a nest and a dead bird! Cost $198 with the yelp discount (our vent is 30 ft deep and located on the second floor; we had a 12 ft ladder set up); an expensive lesson since this was considered a repair, whereas a regular vent cleaning would've been cheaper. PSA: do not attempt to clean your own dryer duct if it is longer than 20 ft!

The power from the drill simply cannot carry further than that without twisting and breaking the rod inside the duct. Now that it's been thoroughly cleaned, Ben advised maintaining it by simply using a leaf blower every six months.

I should have called these guys from the beginning. Tried to clean my own dryer duct with one of those Amazon brush tools. I lost the first brush head inside the duct and bought another set hoping to push or pull the first stick brush head out. Ended up breaking the line and lost the SECOND brush head, now with a 20' section of lube inside the duct.

My duct is about 30' long with a one 45 or 90 degree bend. Called these guys out and they were able to get my stuck brush heads out and cleared the duct. Should have gotten them in the first place! Great service and attitude.

So happy we hired Clean Air Houston to clean our vents and air ducts. They are prompt and professional. When we moved into our new house I developed an allergy due to the previous owner's indoor dogs and the remaining new construction dust lingering in the pipes. Clean Air Houston Pro did a great job with our A/C, ducts and dryer vent cleaning. Ben was prompt, responsive and worked to give us a quote which was competitive. Once we gave them the green light, they were able to accommodate us in their schedule within 4 days (during the Holiday season!). On the day of the service, their team was punctual and Ben kept us informed of their ETA before arrival.

They started on time, and did a thorough job. We were provided with before and after pictures, and they kept us posted on their progress throughout the day. They were also able to reach a hard-to-access vent on a two story high ceiling. Ben, Herman and Diego were professional, courteous and careful not to damage any delicate household items while moving through out our house. I'd highly recommend them!

We hired Clean Air Houston Pro to clean our A/C system and the results were amazing. They thoroughly cleaned air ducts from the A/C unit and each vent. We also had Clean Air Houston Pro install UV lights in each A/C exchange to kill airborne contaminants and the firm provided a warranty on their work. After the cleaning, the house smells fresh and airflow from the vents is noticeably improved. My wife is no longer having issues with her allergies.

Do they do a good job on cleaning the vents and ducts? Yes, they did a good job. no question about it. They showed me the pics before and after. It was full of dust on the ducts since it was never been cleaned. Also, few of the vents opening have some mold. They cleaned them well. I only requested one quote from them and didn't bother to get another quotes due to yelp review. It was high and eventually they worked with me and made it right.

I had a good experience with Clean Air Houston Pro. Tammy was awesome. I like that she gives straightforward information and over-the-phone quotes that are reasonable and consistent. Scheduling was a breeze and the work was done well. My HVAC ducts and vents were in bad shape. My home was build in 2006. I've owned it since 2013 and have never had this cleaning professionally done.

From the looks of things, neither did the previous owner. Houston is the most humid place I have ever lived, but still there is no excuse. My only areas for growth that I would recommend is to 1) suggest that the technicians lay down a protective cover for any furniture that is directly beneath a vent. Coming home to dirt and mold particles on 2/3 beds was not fun, but an easy enough fix with a linen change and vacuuming. 2) I was a little irked that the tech immediately tried to up-sale to new vent covers for a few of the dirtiest ones before even attempting to clean them.

I could understand if he tried and was having trouble, but it turns out they were able to be cleaned quite well. They look good as new. Also, the offer to install new vents did not reduce the cleaning estimate at all, which it should if they would have been able to just chuck the dirtiest ones and save time on soaking and scrubbing them. These were minor gripes, though. Overall, I found the service to be solid and would recommend them to others.

Clean Air Pro is well-priced, effective, efficient, and timely. I've used them twice for different properties, and I had an amazing experience both times. Tammy is responsive and knowledgeable. Ben always arrives within the time window and is really knowledgeable about the best approach to tackling our issues. He knew what cleaning methods to consider based on our differing HVAC systems and what we may need to clean down the line.

For both properties, we needed mold remediation. They knew how to completely kill the mold and prevent it from coming back. I can't recommend Clean Air Pro enough. Definitely hire them if you're in need of any air duct cleaning or mold remediation.

Ben and Luis were on time (actually they called ahead and asked if they could come early, which worked better for my schedule!), very professional and did a thorough job in cleaning our dusty ducts until sparkling new.

They vacuumed all throughout the ducts, sprayed anti-fungal and spray painted the old rusty areas. They took all the vent covers outside to give them a thorough cleaning. Our house smells so fresh and clean now! They have a customer for life now as I will follow up with annual cleanings and schedule a future a/c maintenance appointment.

Ben and his team were fantastic. We had called another company first and their pricing was so confusing and they talked to fast I couldn't figure out what was going on and it didn't seem right. I called Clean Air Houston and from the moment I spoke to the lady on the phone she explained the price and entire process and I appreciated it so much. Wonderful job! I'm writing this review for my mother who doesn't have a Yelp account. Shortly after Hurricane Harvey, I noticed what appeared to be mold near two of the A/C vent covers in my mom's kitchen. Not knowing whether it was mold or mildew, we opted to play it safe and have someone come out to take a look. First off, Tammy (receptionist) was just great.

I must've called her 4 or 5 times in one day as I played messenger for my mom. Tammy answered each of our questions with great detail and was very professional the entire time. Not once did I get the sense that she was irritated by my many phone calls.

Jacob and Elias were the team that came out to my mom's house. They inspected the two A/C vents in question, and also the attic as Tammy said they would.

They took pictures of what they saw in the attic and showed my mom. Turns out, some components of the A/C system upstairs did require cleaning. My mother then asked for them to inspect 8 more vent covers and ducts on the first floor. Turns out she had some really nasty mildew growth - and a lot of it - under one particular vent cover and inside that duct.

She had no idea that growth had accumulated in that place and is so relieved and happy she had them inspect the first floor.

Jacob and Elias were very helpful, diligent and even caulked a couple of vent covers for her at her request (she provided the caulk & caulk gun). She called me yesterday evening and had nothing but praise for Jacob and Elias.

I was straight up shocked because she can be very difficult to please, so I was expecting a phone call full of criticism. lol

I would recommend clean air to anyone who needs a duct cleaning. They showed up right on time and finished the job in a timely and professional manner. It wasnt the cheapest option, but I am very happy with the results and will be using them again.

I had a great experience with Ben and his team! I was having a mold issue in my ducts and needed this taken care of right away. I was searching through yelp and found lot of positive reviews with Clean Air Houston Pro. So I thought I just message in the even after hours to get quotes. Little be known I got a response within minutes! I explained to Ben what I needed done and it was urgent.

He was able to assemble his team and schedule to be on my property by next morning! Amazing! They looked through every duct in my system and Ben told me the sort of work was required. I thought the price was fair because I have gotten other quotes from other vendors to make comparison. But most important to me is the work you put in and Ben's team delivered.

My family and I are staying with friends in Houston and we noticed that the air vents were dirty and showed signs of rusting, possibly because of dirty ducts. Our friends asked us to help them find a service, since they are new to the Houston area. I'm new too(San Antonio is my childhood stomping ground) so I turned to ever-trustworthy Yelp! Clean Air Houston has the distinguished honor of have NO bad reviews... and after they came to our friend's house, I can see why!

They took their time, spent about 2 hours cleaning the ducts and air vents, even painting the rusted areas and cleaning the ceiling where past dirt had accumulated. They wore booties so as not to track dirt through the house, tarped all the furniture, and even cleaned the floors when they left! My friend said " ...the guys did a wonderful job ... the technician was Daniel and the assistant was Marcus ...they did an excellent job" she also added that they were very courteous, respectful, and very polite!

I didn't ask what the charge for the service was but she said it was very reasonable and well worth it

Very honest! Was told I needed a whole new dryer vent tubing system, costing almost $1000 by another company and Clean Air Houston Pro is as honest as they come.. not only did I NOT need the whole thing replaced, they found and fixed the problem I was having with the air duct leading up to a vertical flat surface.. no wonder I've had to have my dryer fixed FOUR TIMES already!

I've even had my vents cleaned before and nobody pointed out that my airflow was backing up. They also recommended how I can vacuum out the piping myself every 6 months. As honest as they come and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!!
