Cody was great! They got our roof installation done in one day. He came out on the estimate, explained everything, answered all our questions, etc. His company has a lifetime warranty on their labor, one of the very few to do so. The customer service was phenomenal. He communicates directly with you if he is running late, etc. The crew was friendly and did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good about Cody and Epic Roofing. Back in August, we had wind damage. He worked very hard to get the insurance company to pay for a new roof, but they simply wouldn't despite all his effort and back and forth phone calls and emails. He fixed the wind damage for a very reasonable price of $600 and then gave us a bid for a new roof.
Last week I contacted him saying we were ready to have our new roof put on. They just finished it yesterday. They started tearing off Thursday afternoon and were finished by Friday afternoon. It was all cleaned up after they left. He also discounted the roof by the $600 we paid for the original wind damage repair. So I contacted him on April 5th and the roof was completely finished on April 15th.
All of our neighbors have gotten their roofs done in the last year so we know how long it normally takes. One neighbor who just got his roof done by someone else, came over to ask about our contractor because they were so incredibly fast and efficient.

Epic roofing were extremely helpful and responsive. I needed to get 3 roofing bids so that my parents could get financial aid from the city for emergency roof repair/replacement. Cody went the extra mile to help make sure I had what I needed. Although we didn't ultimately use this contractor, I can imagine just by his responsiveness, proactive follow-up, and genuine care via our communications that they would be amazing to work with.

Cody was able to inspect our tile roof leak the same day that we called. As he was backed up due to bad weather, he did a quick patch job to prevent any further damage. The final repair was made using better quality materials than the original builder. I would definitely use Cody again for any roofing issues. Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair
