Where do I start? :) As I was searching FB around 10pm for a water leak I came across Full Spectrum. I reached out to Jarrod through messenger about 11pm thinkning he would reply back the next morning. To my surprise he instantly messaged back ( idk why but at first made me think scam) but it was not.he was at our house a couple days later to look at the leak.next i contacted my insurance company. after thousands of questions from me to Jarrod.after waiting for insurance. and a month later I have a brand new roof!
I only had to pay my dedutible which saved me thousands of dollars. The workers came at 6:30 and work was done once I got home from work. I would recommend this company ANY DAY! I didn't have to stress, worry about anything Jarrod took care of it all. He is very knowlegable and helpful! Great Great Great! Thank you again Jarrod and your workers!

An Awesome job. Jarrod got thur the red tape of the Insurance Co. An hooked me up with a Public Adjuster, an Lawyer who got on my Insurance Co to get me the roof repaired due to storm damage. The insurance co ( State Farm ) was really dragging there feet an Not wanting to replacement roof. But them Boys at public adjuster, an Lawyer got it put thur for me. THANKS SO MUCH. GREAT QUALITY of work an great clean up. I Very Highly recommend them. As me speaking from experience as I did roofing in my younger years.

Can't thank Jarrod and his amazing roofing company enough. Had multiple companies do estimates on my roof and had damage, Then I got in contact with Jarrod at full spectrum roofing & remodeling llc. He came out and got my roof done under insurance with just a deductible. I would rate my whole experience with him a 5 he is a very experienced and knowledgeable guy. I found the guy for the job and WOW he knocked it out of the park. Can't thank him and his workers enough for their hard work.

We just had our new roof installed on our home by Full Spectrum and it looks great! The Full Spectrum team did a great job walking us through the process of installing the new roof first and answered all of our questions before they began the work. Once on site, Jared's crew worked hard each day, cleaned up after themselves daily, and once the job was completed, they cleaned up the site well also. I don't know if it's true with All State Insurance, but I can tell you you're in good hands with Full Spectrum Roofing and Remodeling. Jarrod has excellent knowledge of the products they use, the processes to have a great new roof, and they work well with insurance companies. They use GAF products and offer an awesome "Golden Pledge" warranty. Their crew did a very thorough job ensuring our OSB was wrapped properly and the ice and water shield was accurately placed. The roof looks beautiful and it's something we won't ever need to worry about.

Just had our roof shingles replaced by them and it turned out great. Any questions and concerns we had were answered quickly. Did not have any problems getting in contact with Jared what so ever. Crew that came out and did the work were awesome. They worked hard and finished the roof on our two story steeped roof in one day. Worked early in the day past sunset making sure they got all the nails and trash. Overall A+++

Full Spectrum is the roofing company to call. My house needed the roof replaced and Jarrod's guys did it right. Showed up early and got the job done In a timely and professional manner. The workers spent a good deal of time cleaning up after they were finished which most would not have. Will definitely recommend Full Spectrum In the Future!

We had roof damage from a storm and contacted Full Spectrum. We are young homeowners and weren't sure where to even begin this process. Jarrod was very responsive and we made an appointment for just a few days later. He walked us through the entire process with the insurance company to have our roof replaced and took all of the stress off of us. All of the construction and restoration was completed very punctually and thoroughly. The roof looks great and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I was always skeptical about insurance maybe paying to replace my roof. I noticed damage to my roof from storms so I asked friends about a roofing contractor recommendation. Jarrod's was the first name that came up. I wrote and there was an immediate response. He came out and informed me that indeed insurance should cover. He eased my fears and skepticism that I had about insurance paying for my roof. Jarrod helped through the whole process with the best communication and support you could ever ask for.

If it wasn't for Jarrod our insurance company would have screwed us royally. Our insurance wanted to give us a lousy 900 bucks to scab together a patch or two and call it good. After some fighting from Jarrod (and some precedent paperwork) the insurance adjuster agreed to pay for our entire roof replacement. Don't let the adjusters screw you over, give Jarrod a call and see how he can help. Oh yeah, the roof happens to also look great and we shouldn't have to worry about it for another 25 or 30 years.

I had an issue with my roof leaking at my sun room. The area is almost flat. I called several local Mooresville Roofing companies and listened to their recommendations and received their estimates. Then I called Full Spectrum Roofing and the difference from the other companies was noticeable from the very start. Jarrod answered my call on the first ring and I explained to him what was going on. Jarrod stopped by that same day and did a much more through inspection of my roof.
He explained that the real issue was around my chimney and also explained my options regarding my almost flat roof. None of the other companies that came out figured out the issue with the chimney and none of the other companies had the same solution as Jarrod for my flat roof. I felt that Jarrod was looking out for me as he explained my options. His 3 man crew worked all day on my roof and the results are amazing.
