Enrique Rodas is our Co-CEO and President of Production. He founded our roofing and construction company back in 2004. Originally, he started in Virginia, working hard to build up his business, and then moved to the Raleigh area in 2010. Enrique partnered with Steve Lineberry, our Co-CEO and President of Sales in 2014. Since then, our company has grown tremendously, thanks to our superior workmanship and great service. We have achieved several certifications and licensures, such as Master Elite status with GAF, and we are an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor and CertainTeed ShingleMaster.We work hard to make sure the homeowners we work with know exactly what to expect when we help with their roofing or remodeling project. We’ll explain the process thoroughly, talk about which products we’re going to use, provide insight into the timeline, and answer all questions completely.

Chris Holland and his team were phenomenal. This is my first home, and I bought it knowing the roof desperately needed replacing. Chris was kind enough to explain (and explain again and again) the process from start to finish, the financing options, and offer stylistic advice. The roof was finished in a day and the gutter installation was also super fast.
His team was so nice and professional and did amazing work. My neighbors keep stopping by on their walks to look- it’s almost a completely different house now! I feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulders now that this is done and backed up by their warranty.

He came out on a Tuesday, went over options and explained details with us for nearly a full hour, and by the following Monday we had our new roof fully installed. His team was on-time and well organized, taking careful precautions to quickly cover the site when a sudden storm came on. Chris was very responsive, reasonably priced, and great to work with. We recently used Rodas Construction to replace our roof and were extremely satisfied with the results. After meeting with a number of roofing contractors and doing lots of homework we choose Rodas Construction because it’s a local company, they offer a great warranty, they received many great reviews. Steve Lineberry and the Rodas Construction crew did a fabulous job with our recent deck replacement project . Steve came out, assessed the situation,added some design suggestions and promptly responded with a fair estimate. Once agreed upon, the crew started on time, finished in a timely manner and left the property in better condition than they found it. We are very pleased and recommend Rodas highly!

I invited four different companies to look at my roof and give me quotes. Only three returned quotes. One of them was overpriced (wanted to add an entire extra layer of plywood, refused to consider job without it), one was from someone who never climbed up on the roof and seemed desperate to get me to sign-up immediately. Only Rodas Construction's Chris Holland was able to come, inspect my roof, get me a timely quote and follow-through with me months later when I'd finished reviewing my options.
Work was done very quickly (7am to 1pm). Clean-up was good, a few missed items. No damage to plants, gardens, equipment, etc. Roof looks great. Even when an error was made (gutters were removed when only the gutter guards were supposed to be), Chris made sure I had new gutters 24 hours later, and no extra charge. Absolutely recommend at least giving them a call if you are considering a roof.

I just had my 26 years old roof replaced. My home insurance would not insure my roof because of old age, thus, I had to pay for this roof completely out of pocket. The estimate from Rodas Construction was in the mid range, but when I compared the specs with the high range estimate, there was not much of a value from the more expensive one. No brainer, I chose to work with this company that was about 6K cheaper. Plus, Chris Holland - who was their sales manager and the person that I dealt with during this entire transaction was just awesome.
He was very responsive, he answered all my questions quickly and satisfactorily. He always delivered what he promised, thus, I felt that he was apparent and upfront with his business dealing. He allayed my anxiety about working with sales people and transacting in business that is outside of my expertise, especially since I was spending my hard earned money. This company is fantastic! I don’t live on property, however, my college kids do, so I am happy to say Chris Holland went above and beyond. No one wants their kids running over nails in the driveway and Chris did an extra through inspection of everything. I was able to talk to him throughout the day of the work. Communication was great.
