If you are looking to get your electrical work done professional, fast, and high quality call Custom Electric. We had a dedicated 20amp breaker/circuit run to our spare room to power a CO2 laser. Ask for Taylor. He was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He walked us through the process and provided us with several options to meet our needs. No pressure estimate process. The technician Alex Reicks was diligent, friendly and professional. He diagnosed a couple of problems which we hadn't been aware of, and corrected them for us. Very good experience. I do need to comment that the price fro 20ft of Romex cable ($350) seemed excessive, but the pricing is a matter for the company to consider. Overall very satisfied with Custom.

Edit: custom electric made this right by calling me asap to set up an appt (same day) and sent Taylor to help with my electrical issue. He was ahead of schedule and called to see if it was okay to come earlier and he was great, explained how things work and very friendly. I appreciate it! I called this company as this was the electrical company our builders used- our garage light keeps tripping the breaker. Got an appt scheduled with a "Brett" and timeframe 12-2. well it was 2pm and still no show. called custom electric and asked if the electrician was behind or do I still expect him that day?
The operator couldn't give me an answer and said she would give me a call back to let me know. no call back ever nor did this electrician ever show up. ridiculous and horrible customer service.

Rogan was excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable and kept me in the loop every step of the way with the panel replacement in our home. We had a very dangerous panel in place from the previous owners. It was one spark away from an electrical fire. Rogan took every precaution to ensure all wiring to the house, into the new panel and the outlets were 100%.

We could not be happier with the quality work and professional demeanor of Mike and Alex, who installed can lighting and some switches in our living room. They offered friendly and helpful insights, worked with little disruption and checked periodically to ensure the work met our approval. I purchased a home a little over 100 years old so naturally there are issues that have popped up along the way as I refinish the house. Recently I lost all power to one side of my house. I called and set up an appointment with Customer Electrical Services. They were amazing and scheduled for an electrician to come check it out for the next day. Eric was prompt and on time, then did a fantastic and thorough job of investigating for the problem.
He was able to figure out the problem and assured me that everything else was good to go. Having a home that's 100 years old I expect problems but having a company that you can rely on is a huge relief.

After being ghosted by several electricians, I made an appointment for a quote on Custom Electrical's website on Friday. They confirmed the appointment the same day, and Eric came out midday Monday to give me a quote. I approved it and he got to work immediately - the work was totally finished four hours later! I love my new kitchen lights and Eric was very kind, great to work with. I'll definitely bring future electrical projects to him.

Technician Eric came out within 24 hours of the original call. I had several jobs ranging from installing new panels on the circuit breaker to fixing some outlets that were incorrectly grounded. Eric was able to handle all of them in 1 afternoon and was obviously knowledgeable. No complaints about the work or professionalism of the technician. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is because the cost was a little more expensive than I was quoted elsewhere. However, the quality and courtesy justified the extra expense in my opinion.
