I can't say enough about Westair. Their service team is top-notch in knowledge and walked me through the process of services and eventually replacing our furnace. When it was determined we needed a new unit, I felt no pressure but was confident the right decision was to purchase and install a new unit with Westair. Our furnace was replaced within 24 hours...which varies each season but I loved the quick turnaround. Our installation team was supported by our original service tech and was done within two hours. Hands down, Westair is the first one to call with any AC or Heat support, no question!

First class operation. We have used Westair for many years for our home and restaurants. Being a restaurant, if an a/c goes out we need immediate attention because customers don't quite understand when an a/c goes out and they are trying to eat in an uncomfortable atmosphere. Westair is ALWAYS out within an hour or so and the problem is always fixed.
Their employees are simply the best and offer the best customer service around. And the lady that answers their phone, Dawn, is probably one of the kindest and sincerest people I have ever talked to. I personally give Westair and it's employees 10 stars!
