This review is long overdue, so I am hoping the employee names I am giving here from my invoice, are given the credit they deserve! I first saw the name Infinite Electric, on a service van in Coeur d Alene a year ago, and called, as I was looking for a new, higher quality electric co. Nick C., Nick P., Sierra, and Rachelle, were all involved in my work order.

I had an upgrade to a 4 wire receptacle for my new dryer, an old wall heater was replaced with a new one that I provided, an old light fixture was replaced with a new one that I also provided. The 2 Nicks performed excellent workmanship, and were professional, I am extremely happy with this company, they are tops and will be contacting again soon for more work at my home!

I would highly recommend Infinite Electric! Rob, came out to give us an estimate, was very helpful in determining what ceiling fan would work best for us. Nick and Kevin, the electrical installers, did an excellent job in installing our fan, they were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Overall, I don't think we could have had a better experience. I give Infinite Electric 5 Stars!

We had some electrical work done and a rep came out and gave me a quote. It was for a 220 outlet inside the garage, an outside outlet on the garage, and a external light hardwired for nighttime illumination on the side of the house over the cement stairs. Mike and Ben were very professional and did an outstanding job with everything. The outside light was centered and works great! Would definitely call them again for any future electrical concerns!

He told me what the problem was and how much it will cost to fix. He gave me a detailed explanation of the estimate.

Infinite did a complete circuit restoration in our home, ran new wire for our new ovens and cooktop, and added a generator interlock to our panel. From the initial inquiry Rachelle and Sierra were easy to work with, and Rob was a great resource during the estimate and very knowledgeable. Mike and Mark did the majority of the work, and they couldn't have been more pleasant to have in our home for the multiple days they were here.

They were fun to talk to and their work was of the highest quality. Josh and Jessen made a follow up visit to finish up some exterior boxes and they were very pleasant and professional. We will definitely make Infinite our first call for any electrical needs we have in the future. -Ryan F

Infinite Electric definitely earns their 5 star rating and Home Advisor recommendation for best electrical service in Spokane- they did a beautiful job of upgrading the electrical on our home, moving our panel box from our crawlspace to the exterior of the house and installing an exterior outlet for us.

This was a good experience from the start. Nick C, Nick P, Jessen, Sierra and Rachelle all work at the speed of light to get some one out to provide an estimate and then to schedule the appointment. They explained everything thoroughly and when it was all done you could barely tell they had been there. They were they were professional and friendly.

They were respectful of my mom and the house. We had electricity hooked up to the shed in the back yard. If I need anything electrical done again I will def be calling these folks again

Really excellent support from Don, Kevin, Sierra, and Rachelle. Don and Kevin installed an electrical service sub-panel so that I could safely connect a generator if needed. They also ran the power cable to an outside outlet. Don and I discussed a number of different solutions and prices for the work. I appreciated how well he described each of them and he readily answered my questions.

I am upgrading my light switches from standard switches to paddle switches. When I got to some switches that had more wires in them than what I knew to do with I called these guys. I knew there would be an after hours fee but I had no idea what to do with these switches. I got a number from the answering machine and called it. Cori answered the phone and listened to my problem.

He quoted me a price including the emergency after hours fee. He gave me a choice, he could come out and charge me or he could walk me through my electrical problem. I asked for the walk through. Looking at my switches, I had a standard light switch, a 3 way switch where 2 different switches operated one light and a 4 way switch where 3 different switches operated 1 light. Cori explained the dynamics of wiring, he explained what wires went where on the 3 way and the 4 way and then we got off the phone.

He then texted me several wiring diagrams. I cannot day enough about this. I was willing to pay to fix my problem but I didn't have to. Everything is working perfectly now and I will call these guys for now on no matter what my electrical problem is and I suggest everyone calls these guys. I am very happy! Thanks Cori.

Rob draws up the estimate, usually several, to give you max flexibility in choosing what you'll have done. Mike runs the job - making sure you're always aware of the what, where, how and why. Ben came with Mike this time and did a great job. Sierra and Rachelle make things run impeccably smooth throughout. It's an amazingly smooth experience - someone must be very process oriented because their processes run like a dream machine for the customer!!

I needed to get an outlet installed in my fireplace before I could have a gas insert put in. It was very frustrating trying to find an electrician that would answer the phone and most didn’t even respond to my voicemail. Then I called Infinite Electric. A very friendly and personable Rachelle answered the phone and said they could have someone come out in a few days. Sierra who is very efficient and also very pleasant called me to schedule the time. Josh arrived and we went over my entire project as I decided to have some additional work done.

He took his time and made sure he knew exactly what I wanted. Mike and Mark came to do the work. They were very professional, thorough and neat. They made sure to ask questions so there was no misunderstanding. The project turned out great including the addition of can lights in the living room ceiling which made for a great improvement. Mark came back with Jessen the following morning to put on the finishing touches and make sure I was completely satisfied.

Not only did I find an electrician I found an entire team of “Can do” people. I highly recommend Infinite Electric. They will be my first call for any electrical work I need!

Infinite Electric should be your #1 pick if you want quality work done. I had to have extensive repairs and a new panel installed. The work took 4 days and was not cheap, but they were willing to work with me on the price. Most importantly, their people do immaculate work and are willing to warranty that work in writing. Rob was very knowledgeable and responsive when getting quotes done. Mike was incredibly patient and walked me through all the details, does great work.

Mark was very considerate of my office setup and worked around it to get the work done perfectly. Sierra took the time to make sure I got the right financing and the best deal. Rachelle stayed on top of all the scheduling and work that needed to be done, a great coordinator.

Several weeks ago Mike, Mark, and Kyle wired and installed the fireplace in my living room. They were so friendly and didn't mind when I watched curious of the process. They did a fantastic job and Mark even went as far as to wipe the fireplace clean prior to mounting the glass on the install. It keeps my living room warm and looks great.
