Crystal Valley Comfort is a fine company with a great group of employees. My furnace, which I had purchased from them some years ago, quit working on a cold Friday night. They made a service call right away Saturday morning, determined that the heat exchanger was damaged, and disconnected the furnace because of carbon monoxide emissions. Our service technician was Nate. Nate was friendly & courteous. He was knowledgeable & professional. Nate was able to answer all our questions. Nate made recommendations. He explained the features and benefits of his recommendations. We were very pleased and satisfied with the service that Crystal Valley provides. We will continue to do business with them.

I wish the tech would have noted on the sticker on the side of the furnace, the date and type of service performed. This has been an ongoing record since the date you installed the furnace for my parents. As of the date of this response (Saturday, Jan. 23, 2021 8:00 am), I am having some trouble with the furnace trying to come on and then shutting down. It has done this several times as I turned the thermostat up this morning.

Great people to work with, they worked with us and got us what we needed within our budget. We never felt pressured, nor like we were being talked into anything. We went with the split ductless system for our home. We have a wood stove and electric baseboard, wood stove is amazing but the baseboard heaters are horribly expensive to run and very inefficient.

The cost for us to do a furnace and getting ductwork installed was going to be very expensive and very time consuming. The installers were professional and very quick, did a great job. Would recommend Crystal Valley to anyone!

First class service, and quick. Had them here several times for various reasons, each time satisfied. Even the owner came out to check on a installation question I had, w/o trying to sell me a new furnace. He proposed a quick and cheap fix and that was it. : definitely on my approved vendor list, a rarity in current environment where nobody returns calls and tries to do as little as possible

Had an issue with flow and condensation on a duct. I only asked for the duct to be moved farther away from the outside wall since the other sections were fine. They not only moved it, but wrapped it as an extra precaution. They absolutely went above and beyond with that and explaining what they did to adjust the flow. I have been very happy with their service each and every time.

This company saved us. Our furnace went out last weekend and not only did the other company never call us back but they never showed up. Crystal Valley was kind and courteous immediately. They had a tech out to us almost instantly. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. We will be using and recommending Crystal Valley Comfort every chance we get!
