Excellent TRUSTWORTHY service at a fair price. I have purchased a pool cleaner, replaced filter system, repaired pool lights, and updated electronics. All were done promptly with excellent results. Staff clearly takes PRIDE in their work and clearly EXPLAIN corrective options. They also possess a vast fund of knowledge that they willing share for "do it yourselfers".

We mistakenly thought there was no way Hurricane Irma could spread her bad luck on our family. Certainly not living as far north as Mooresville, NC. It turns out we were wrong. As the winds howled on the evening of 9/11, our pool was the last thing on my mind. We woke to our 3 yr old declaring one of our umbrellas was at the bottom of the pool. As I looked out the window, I could see she was right.
Upon examination, it was easy to see the iron base of the umbrella stand created a 4-6 gash in the vinyl pool liner. Worried there might be a significant leak, I emailed a few pictures to Cathy and asked about options. While waiting the remainder of the day for her return email, we suddenly heard the dogs barking. It was Cathy and her team poolside at 7:30 PM.
She explained how she wanted to confirm we didn't have a significant leak. On the spot, Cathy and her team were able to patch the leak with a portion of left-over vinyl. A perfect match and no more worries of leaks. I remain a Cayman Pool customer for many reasons, the biggest of which is the level of customer service we received today. If you're trying to decide who to do your pool maintenance business with, pick Cayman Pools. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent customer service! The employees inside the store and the service men that come out are all super friendly and knowledgeable. Kathy at this location is very helpful. She helped me trouble shoot over the phone. I called her 3 times in one day and she was just as friendly and helpful on the last call as she was the first couple of times. : This is our new and forever pool company. Thanks guys!
