These guys took care of me, I was in a bind and needed a clog issue fixed right away because my family was unable to use any of the toilets and showers and it was on a weekend too! They are true professionals. Thank you for taking care of my family!

The staff at Hoffman Plumbing made a stressful experience (who doesn't need hot water?) so much less stressful! Of course the water heater needs replacing on Christmas Eve! Of course there's a water leak at our son's home ON THE SAME DAY! My call for help was returned even before I could finish leaving a message, and less than an hour later we received a call to schedule our replacement.

The gentleman who came to do the work was personable, knowledgeable and professional - we couldn't ask for more. Our son's experience was just as positive as ours - two endorsements from two households in the same family on Christmas Eve - what could be better?

I looked for a better alternative to Roto- rooters, which I had used before and became very expensive. Huffman and Plumbing had good reviews so I decided to try this Company. I am very satisfied with the service I received, and will use them again. They charged me no extra fees, and I got the pipe unclogged. The personnel at the main office ( specially Lisa) were excellent as well.

Excellent service! I highly recommend this company! They came out on a Saturday and fixed a leaking pipe in my cement slab floor. They very carefully removed just a small amount of cement surrounding the downpipe and located the leak. Cut out and replaced the leaking section, and finished up in just a bit over two hours. Great work, and reasonable cost. Hoffman Plumbing is now my go-to company for any future plumbing needs!

We had Jesse out to replace a shower valve. He came, he plumbed, and he left. On time. Neat and tidy work. Efficient. Pleasant and a credit to his company. Making the appointment was also a good experience although the date was a bit distant. Fortunately it wasn't an emergency. If it was, I'm guessing they would have figured that out too. Happy to have found our go-to plumber.

I've used Hoffman several times, but they were especially good on this last one. We had a seemingly simple problem, a shower drain that we couldn't unclog. Roberto did a heavy snaking and thought he had nailed it, but the clog came back next day. They came straight back within hours and figured out the real problem was a bad trap under the house. They fixed that, charging only for additional parts. You couldn't ask for better service or fairer treatment.

Making an appointment was very easy and I got a call back quickly (most places don't ever call back). A couple days before the appointment they sent out a reminder (always a plus). On the day of the appointment the plumber called and said he could be early and if it was OK for him to do so (yes please). He arrived right at the time he said he would and was friendly, did the repairs and even showed me how to do it to avoid a call out in the future (turned out to be a real simple process with my toilet model to fix leaky water tanks). Fast, professional and cared about saving me money in the future. I'll be using them again whenever needed - such a smooth process compared to previous plumbers I've used.

This is the 2nd time I used Hoffman Plumbing and again they did not disappoint! Roberto Rodriguez came out to work on my clean out! Excellent job! The first time Hoffman plumbing came out was to install a new water heater Joe and his young apprentice did the work. Both times all staff were extremely professional, efficient and effective! Lisa scheduled the work this time and made sure it could be scheduled immediately just like the first time I used Hoffman plumbing! I highly recommend this company as they show genuine caring for their customers!

Have used Hoffman plumbing for years now and Joe and his team and office staff are top notch, we've used them for many jobs with rental properties and our own family properties. Whatever the task they are more than skilled to handle it, and it shows. I highly recommend Hoffman Plumbing!

My husband and I keep talking about how lucky we are that we asked Hoffmann plumbing to help us with our plumbing while we upgrade our master bath. Since we talk about is so much I decided I would tell you why we are so lucky. Hoffman sent us a team of two great guys, Curt and Lane. Curt found the source of a problem we have been having since we bought our home.

Our toilets had a terrible time flushing and in the master bath there was a toilet that flushed so hard it was scary. Curt found the last plumbers that worked on the house, before we bought it, actually had the pipes leading to our septic tank slanted towards the house instead of away from the house. We can't believe the difference in the flushing efficiency of all of our toilets now that this issue has been corrected. Curt and Lane also did a great job moving all of the plumbing to accommodate our new bathroom design. Curt made sure all of the measures that will make us even happier were taken to make this bathroom remodel worthwhile. To wrap this up I want to say that Curt and Lane have a great work ethic. Thank you Hoffman plumbing, Curt and Lane!

Hoffman Plumbing did a great job. Fortunately, they ran a camera to find a root blockage rather than simply running a snake which would end up with the problem occurring again in another year or so. They also did a nice job of installing a couple of toilets in our cabin with its old plumbing. Everything was done in a courteous and clean manner.

I submitted a request via their website and was contacted immediately. Scheduling the appointment was easy and within days as it wasn't an emergency. Jesse I. arrived a bit early of the scheduled time (perfect) and was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient with his time. He answered questions and provided his contact information if any problems were to develop. I will call them in the future and would recommend Hoffman Plumbing.

If you need any plumbing done, these are the guys to call. The owner, Joe, came out to my house (earlier than previously expected) to assess our water heater situation, and it was discovered that we needed a new one. He did call the manufacturer to see about getting parts, but straight up told us that he couldn't guarantee it. My household agreed to just replace the heater, and Joe told us he couldn't do it that day, cuz he didn't have what he needed, but that he'd do it the next day, and that he'd call us when he was done with an earlier job, so around 10-ish.

He called us to let us know he was on his way over at 8:30 that morning, came and installed a new water heater for us. It took about 2hrs or so, and the cost was nowhere near what I thought it would be.

Basically, these guys are very professional, have incredible customer service, and they get the job done. I've had trouble with getting plumbing contractors to come out to our house before, but these guys? Fantastic. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

I had noticed my plumbing was backing up on the 2nd floor and leaking through the ceiling of the below garage. I had called every plumber in town on my emergency situation and I was being told, "Sorry we're booked until the end of December-January". In panic, I had called around looking for plumbers for at least an hour, continually getting rejected, until I found this awesome company.

They took the time to listen and tried to assist me in my situation immediately. Within 24 hours, I had help and reassurance that my plumbing would be ok despite a never ending plumbing leak in my ceiling and backed up plumbing. Joe and this company saved the day and he was extremely helpful, caring, and very professional. What a rarity for a company and people that actually care for their customers, especially during a busy time of year around the holidays.

Me and my family are extremely thankful and we are impressed that they immediately helped to remedy this situation while other plumbing companies failed to assist a neighbor in need.
