So far, the best quality noted about this company, besides the installers' professionalism, is the owner's quality assurance. To have him double check over the work performed shows care, not only for the customer, but pride in services provided; something you just don't see much anymore. It provided peace of mind. Javier and his team are incredible. On Monday my tenant called and said the ac went out so I called one of the other guys, they came out and said they would get back to me in a couple of days with a part to repair it. It's going to be a hundred degrees this week so that just wouldn't do. I called Air Pro the same night and the next day Javier and his team had the problem diagnosed and his team had an entire new system installed before the other company called me back to authorize purchasing the part. I could not recommend these guys high enough.

A/C died over the weekend. Called first thing Monday morning and was on the list for an appointment same day. No specific time slot, but was updated with ETA throughout the day. Air Pro arrived and diagnosed the issue (components) quickly. the hvac tech used his tablet and walked me through the cost/replacements in a way that was easy to understand.

He offered additional services for future proofing that didn't make me feel coerced/dire if I didn't go for extras. Components replaced and a/c is running within two hours. Covid aware and polite in requests. Will use again.

The technician arrived on time and did the work in a timely manner. He was able to answer my questions and made sure that I was comfortable with the new unit before he left. SO had an issue with my AC tonight. Called this company and the guy said he couldn't get someone out till the next morning. Given that it Was late on a Friday night, I completely understand. However I was having an issue where my nest wasn't reading power. I tried everything with regards to plugging in the face and charging the battery but still nothing.

The nice gentlemen on the phone told me to take a few pics of my unit and send to him via text I did so even a video. He then proceeded to explain to me that given his years of service he knew EXACTLY what was wrong and that I could fix it myself! He proceeded to walk me thru everything I had to do on the phone and it completely worked! problem solved!

I offered to bring money to their location and say thank s and he wouldn't have it. The HVAC business is a lucrative one for repair and installation companies, and generally the. you need emergency service it gets so EXPENSIVE! this guy didn't even ask me for money just walked me thru how to fix it myself. if I ever need major repairs or anything is wrong with my AC I'm going to call them 100% thank you Air Pro Heating & Air. "PRO" being the key word!

Our AC quit working. We called our usual service guy and he stated we needed a whole new system and gave us a quote. Not wanting to only consider one quote, we called Air Pro Heating, Air & Electric of Fayetteville. The tech came out and quoted 5% lower for the exact same system and installed a wireless digital thermostat that is compatible with Alexa also.

His quote was quick and in writing. He had the unit in stock and installed it the very next day! He was extremely thorough and professional. I was thrilled with this service and will use Air Pro Heating from this point on for any ac repair or installation services. Great company!

Glad I called Pro Air for a 2nd opinion. Not only did they have better pricing but they provided options on repairs and gave me choices on different heat pumps to choose from breaking down warranty, quality, and durability of each. I have been using Air Pro Heating, Air & Electric for almost 5 years now. He has helped repair my furnace, performs AC maintenance and replaced one of my AC condensers. He has proven to be very responsive, coming out on a short notice despite being busy and always returning texts and calls. The first summer of COVID when our condenser broke, he promptly sourced and installed a new one despite supply shortages.

Their techs are truly experts at their trade and has worked hard to fix our existing units saving us the large cost of replacement. I highly recommend Air Pro. They are very responsive, highly knowledgeable, and very fair on pricing.

Nick, our technician, was professional and thorough. He came to provide us an estimate for a new system. In addition, we asked him to troubleshoot the heating system. Nick was gracious and had the heat up and running in no time. We got our estimate, and as an added extra, Nick made sure the heat was working. Air Pro was recommended to us and we will use them exclusively in the future.

From Nick giving the estimate, to Adrien and his crew installing the new units, the process was 1 week. They are extremely professional, very friendly, and hard working. They're dog friendly Now, I understand that this won't be the case for everyone, but I always enjoy happy little accidents. We knew we needed 2 new units, and I received quotes from 3 different companies. I will not say what our total was with Air-Pro, but I will say it was SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive than the other companies. Thank you for all of your hard work!

We are buying a home in the area. The difficulty? We started the process while living in South Korea! When the home inspection came back with concerns about the HVAC in the home, we reached out to Air Pro Heating and Air Conditioning. Doing everything over Facebook Messenger and email, Javier was professional, efficient, and respectful of the huge time difference.

He made sure to run everything by us before beginning any work on the units (we initially thought we had two units, but he informed us of a third and got approval before performing any work on it, which would have added to our overall cost). When we received his findings, he was quick to answer all of our questions. We don't know HVACs, we aren't professionals. but Air Pro was able to explain everything in terms that we could understand. We will definitely have them back out for regular maintenance!
