Bursky Locksmith

Tuesday evening I went to take my trash out and stupidly forgot that I had locked my door from the inside. In a panic I googled 24 hour locksmith and bursky popped up. The person I spoke to was very helpful and the technician who came out was very efficient and quick. I absolutely recommend them.

I called Bursky and they came that same day; what a relief since our door would no longer lock (not good in the city). Sean (locksmith) was professional, prompt and explained all that he was doing thoroughly. He even had me use the new lock several times myself to ensure I was comfortable. Great service, I highly recommend!

Locked myself out of my apartment during Labor Day weekend. Called them up and they sent out a technician to help. My building is fairly old so the door was a bit tricky, but the Luis took the time he needed to and did a great job. Would definitely use them again! Although, personally, would really love to remember my keys and never see them again.

It's interesting to see the other reviews because I had a great experience. They tell you up front it's $100 at minimum for a lock out, more if it's a difficult job. Once they arrive and look at the lock, they quote you before they start the job. If you decide the quote is too high and you don't want them to complete the job, you pay a $35 service call visit fee to cover the time it took them to drive there and provide the quote.

Bursky was fast and responsive. They arrived within the quoted time and helped me unlock the car and make a new car key very quickly.

Drilled a new deadbolt and installed smartlock, installed a new fence latch, and replaced about 8 other locks I had in a few hours. Very good service

Bursky was quick, easy, and focused on customer service. They called me back several times to ensure the technician got in touch with me for scheduling. They called afterwards to ensure I was satisfied with the visit. The tech himself was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. My only suggestion is to discuss pricing upfront as I was a bit surprised with the total cost of the job, but nonetheless pleased with the service.

Very friendly and quick service. The contractor make sure everything runs smoothly from before the technician came until after he left. Guy that came and helped me fixed the lock problem got it done pretty quick in less than 5 mins. Highly recommend!

They were very fast and were able to pick lock my door without having to resort to drilling the lock itself! All under 40 minutes too.

Professional and accommodating. Only complaint was that they seemed very busy and there was a disconnect between scheduling and arrival times. Nonetheless they were great about customer service and I would absolutely hire them again.

I am babysitting for my mom and I had two teens and a 3 year old with me locked out of the house. (Also my phone was on 5%) I called Bursky because just only three days before our door lock was broke and they. came and fixed it for us. Now three later I am locked out the house (what a week huh). Anyways, I called and their customer service was exceptional like the last time I called.

He worked fast so that my phone wouldn't die. A man came out within 35 mins and he opened the door for me. Not only that, because just three days before I had to pay a lot for them to fix and put on a new lock, that I really could not afford to pay to full price for this new situation. I explained my situation.

Excellent service from the beginning to the end. Always polite and friendly. The locksmith arrived on time, just as planned, and the problem was solved in less than 5 minutes. An unexpected predicament became a minor waiting thanks to the Bursky's staff. Thank you boys!

First, one star for being very polite when the company answered the phone. I respect that very much. A second star because the locksmith actually showed up. A third star because the locksmith showed up in the estimated time and the company called to ensure that I received an ETA and also to ensure that the locksmith showed up. Very professional. Then a four star because the locksmith provided a cost estimate.

In less than a minute (yes, I said in less than a minute), the locksmith inserted inflatable air wedges and popped the door open. After several hours, I was finally able to get into my house! The last fifth start was because the locksmith worked efficiently and did the job fast. Bursky Locksmith behaved very professionally and addressed all my concerns to my satisfaction. A for their customer service!

Andrew was here within 30 minutes and he was able to quickly open the door with no damage! Happy customer!

My key was broken off into my lock, and I am extremely appreciative of how efficient and personable that Mike was. I called Bursky Locksmith and Mike was here in less than a half an hour. Reasonably priced and great.

Mike was great! Came to beacon hill and helped get the lock replaced on a pretty old door. Very friendly and did a great job.

Fast is accurate. While they didn't have the specific door handle to replace my broken one but they did manage to solve my immediate problem. Getting into my house. I would use them again. Hopefully I don't have to. FYI: $30 service fee. $170 to get the door open. Worth it.
