Jack Galletta is passionate about two things: hard work and customer service. That's why those are two foundational core values of DRI Gulf Coast, the premier water, fire & mold restoration company on the Alabama & Florida Gulf Coast.

Founding DRI Gulf Coast in 2010, Jack saw a need for better customer service in the restoration industry along the Alabama Gulf Coast. He took his experience in primary retail and began implementing the same customer service tenets that made his previous employers successful.

Jack started DRI providing flooring restoration services. Over the years, DRI has continued to evolve and it is now a leader in water damage restoration, fire & smoke restoration and mold remediation along the Alabama Gulf Coast. The team also serves the rest of the coastline along the Gulf of Mexico, travelling from Florida to Louisiana if the need arises.
