My wife and I are pretty sure our son accidentally threw away the keys to our Jeep. We were left with a locked up SUV in our driveway and no way to unlock it, much less drive it. Cook's sent a technician out the day after I called them. In under 20 minutes, I had an unlocked Jeep with a brand new key! And roughly $100 cheaper than going to the dealership (would have also required a tow)! I'd highly recommend!
