Window Depot did a terrific job. They replaced 8 windows for us, and the windows were everything we hoped they would be. They installed them well, showed us how to use them, and cleaned up after themselves. My only regret is we couldn't replace all our windows at that time. When we decide to replace the others, we will call Window Depot.

I am thrilled with the entire process of getting new windows. The Salesperson was prompt, respectful, accurate and professional. It took a while for our windows to come in, but it was well worth the wait. Ashley, the Admin Asst, kept in touch with me, was very professional, friendly and kind. The installers arrived on time, did a beautiful job, completely cleaned up after themselves and we cannot be more satisfied. My only regret is not having ALL our windows replaced at the same time. Hopefully, next spring we'll arrange for the remaining windows done.

He knew timeliness was very important to us so they ended up installing a temporary window (not only on time, but early!) until our special order window arrived, which he installed himself. They all look so fabulous we refuse to put the blinds back up!
