Kinetic Basement Solution’s basement waterproofing system is a sub-floor drainage system engineered specifically to solve basement water problems effectively without worry of clogging from soils under the floor. Our systems can be designed to meet the needs of any home, regardless of age or size. 
A sump pump system works directly with a waterproofing system to prevent water and moisture from entering your basement. This system works by channeling the water through the perimeter drainage system to the sump pump system, which then quickly pumps the water out of your home. The sump pump system is usually installed in the lowest part of your basement or crawl space to keep the area completely dry all the time.

We've had a wet basement for 12 years. After an exceptionally wet spring, desperation caused us to call Greg at Kinetic Basement. He came right out and gave us an estimate. No doubt it was a lot of money, but compared to the estimates we got 8 years ago from another company, the price was competitive. And Greg actually talked us out of additional work we thought we needed, so I trust him.
They installed their drainage system with a new sump pump and a second pump with a battery backup for when the electricity goes out. Put a vapor barrier on the walls and replaced the supports that hold up the first floor. They also did work outside including burying our gutter lines, and the pipes where the sump pump leaves the house. The water should now flow away from the house instead of heading back towards the house.
And they also do lawn work and were able to fix our patio and reseed our lawn. Greg's whole staff was great. The crew were all very polite and worked really hard in the summer heat. And Nicole in the office is great to work with. The worked around our schedule and I really have no complaints about any of the work they did for us. We went from having standing water to a nice dry clean basement. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kinetic Basement Solutions to anyone.

From the initial walk-through estimate, to the completion of installation and clean-up, the experience was very professional. Everything was explained in detail with accompanying pictures and all questions were fully answered. The work crew was on- time and friendly. Constant communication throughout the entire process by the office manager Nicole. Would HIGHLY recommend!

They were a little hard to get to show up for a quote, but after that, things went very well. The owner is very knowledgable and way into his job. That is a rare thing. He suggested a very logical approach to my water problem. I had to do some of the coordination of the different stages of work that needed outside help, but they had some trusted local contractors info to refer, which worked out well.
I've since finished this area of the basement, and have no worries about water doing damage to my home theater equipment. I quoted with another outfit, prior, and they were much more expensive and far less comprehensive in their solution.

Great experience from start to finish. We used them for a quote on basement work needed while we were purchasing our home. Several months later we scheduled them to come back and do the work. Very transparent pricing and they explained all the steps of the repair. They have a kind and responsive office staff who helped schedule and process payments. My family was having issues with dampness and odors in our basement. We contacted Kinetic Basement Solutions to see what they could do to help fix this issue. The owners and employees were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They installed a Wise Air 90 dehumidifier. Since the date of installation we have had a dry, odor free basement and we couldn't be happier.

Greg and his employees did an excellent job of installing window wells, removing 6 overgrown shrubs, landscaping, planting, and reseeding lawn. Also, a drain was installed underground to prevent seepage into foundation. Each visit resulted in superb cleanup. Very experienced and conscientious company. Before and after pictures.
