They responded quickly and asked the questions, and pictures to estimate the job and provide a cost estimate. The tech showed up promptly as scheduled and got here early and did a quick recon and confirmed the job and offered options based on what he observed. Got the job done very quickly. He made us a key (didn't break the other key) and didn't charge us because he was unsure if it was going to work. We promised to come back the next day and settle up. We got another ride back to the car and the key worked! We came back the next day and got a second key made and settled our bill. We are so thankful for the care and efficiency of this place.

He changed all of the locks on our 2-flat last weekend. We went from 15 different keys to 3. He was prompt, professional, and really knew what he was doing. His prices are super reasonable and he even fixed the latch on the sliding door to the back deck for free. I would absolutely recommend him.

I locked my keys in my car today. He was very prompt and get me unlocked and to work. I would highly recommend him. He also made me a spare so hopefully I don’t lock myself out again!
