Very experienced, polite employees helped to choose and complete the order. We ordered 5 interior doors (of different sizes), the manager called almost immediately after choosing the door, we placed the order quickly, clearly and with an explanation, a specialist came on the appointed day and took measurements. The door was ready on time as agreed. The quality is excellent, the prices are good. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with Unitedporte. I looked at all their door styles on their website and they have a huge inventory with different styles. I dealt with Vlad and he was great from the beginning to end. He told me to send him the styles I wanted to see and they would be ready to be viewed when I arrived at their warehouse and it was just as he said.

He even pulled out a few extra for me. They were very informative and professional. I got 3 doors from them and after installation, I had a problem with one of the doors. I called Vlad and he replaced the door no problem. I have already recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so. Great experience, same pick up day. Everything went smoothly. Company resolved this issue. Thank you for your timely response. **** This is my last desperate attempt to get a hold of the company. We were sent the wrong amount of parts for the frame of the doors and have been trying to get a hold of the company to help. We have spoken with several different people in which we were told the extra frame piece was shipped but unfortunately that was not the case.

We were even sent a shipping label but when the part did not arrive we were told they accidentally send us the wrong person's shipping label. We have felt lied to and brushed off. They are no longer answering my calls and I would like to finish my project the correct way. I would be happy to delete this review once there is a resolution but I felt I had no other choice.

My husband is a builder and he has ordered those doors before to use in a client’s home. Now we ordered the doors for ourselves because they are modern, high quality and easy to install

This was well built. Good materials, rollers work smoothly. Its only been a month since installing it but so far so good. I made a small custom door for a small closet so I had to customize this hardware a little as well but it all worked out well. It still came out great.

This was purchased to attach a Barn door in my Son's house. The hardware is made very well and is extremely durable. It was securely packaged and arrived sooner than expected. Very, very happy with this purchase and will be purchasing another for my own home.

They look great and they are pretty easy to install. My whole experience from ordering them to them being delivered went very well! I would recommend them to anyone looking to install barn doors you can get the right size you need for those door ways that aren’t the standard size

We ordered 5 black ash Planum doors, which are a custom item. The doors and hardware are extremely high quality and well made as well as stylish, and we couldn't ask for anything better. Because they are a custom item, it does take a while to receive, and we had an issue with a first shipment of doors that arrived having mortises in wrong location. Andrew was extremely helpful and responsive in dealing with the issue, and ultimately we got a replacement that works perfectly. We couldn't be happier with both the quality and customer service experience. If ordering, realize it may take a while to ship from overseas factory, but ultimately United Porte pulls through with a product you won't be disappointed with.
