AJS Carpet Cleaning came through for us in a pinch. We had originally gone with another company who said they'd arrive between 8:30 and 11:30. After moving all our furniture and thoroughly vacuuming in preparation for their arrival, they were a NO SHOW! AJS to the rescue. Andres arrived promptly, was very thorough in explaining our options and was understanding and professional. And wow - our carpets (which had very high traffic areas) look great. Punctual, professional, and did exactly as promised. The carpets look fantastic! Seriously. These carpets are over twenty years old and were just haggard. They got stains up I thought absolutely impossible. They feel amazing on your bare feet. I immediately scheduled them to come back to do the upstairs too! I couldn't be more pleased.

AJS also shampooed the carpet in the entire house. The result was satisfactory. Two days after AJS has cleaned the carpet, a prospective tenant (a family) was looking and inspecting the house and stated if the carpet was new, because it looked like new.

Victor is very professional. Our carpets were as bad as they come complete with milk stains, ink stains and oil stains.
