Ridgeline replaced the siding on my house in October, 2022. I am pleased with every aspect of the project. The Project Manager responded quickly to my request for a quote and within a few days we scheduled the work. I can't thank the folks at Ridgeline enough for coming to inspect what appeared to be a problem area on my roof. What I want to commend them for is for NOT doing any work for me. My wife and I called Ridgeline construction because an inspection on our that (for a couple who was financing our house) said we needed a vent on our back patio. We had had a no show and we needed someone to come quickly because we were moving in 2 days so it was short notice. Bradley Stuart came out to our house. Ridgeline did an outstanding job on a repair & roof replacement job at our home on Smith Lake. A tree fell on the house in a late spring storm, damaging the roof, soffits, gutters, and siding. The completed repair looks fantastic, and the process - from quote to our final payment - was first rate. Working with Jackson was a blessing! Since this is a lake home, Ridgeline went the extra mile in clean up to insure no roofing nails were left to pierce flip flops.

In addition, we noticed a spot in the driveway but weren't sure what it was. We guessed it was construction related. Before we could reach out to Ridgeline, a gentlemen showed up to pressure wash this part of the driveway. This level of integrity and customer service deserves 7 stars, but I'm limited to 5. We already have neighbors asking for Ridgeline's contact information!

Really impressed with everything. Johnny Pugh stayed on top of the contractors and we really appreciate how thorough the job is. We had a leak in our roof by the cricket and the fireplace and they replaced 100% of the rotted wood. No leaks now and it's under warranty!

Work crew were professional, worked quickly and efficiently, taking the old roof off in short order. New underlayment went down quickly, and the crew quickly put the new shingles on ensuring all courses were straight, then when the job was done did an excellent job of policing the ground around the house for nails and trash.
