Very prompt and professional service. Kevin was at our house on 2 separate occasions and made sure this job was done right. He communicated with us every step of the way and made sure he made us aware of what he was doing and why he was doing it, all while being very pleasant despite completing a tough job. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable and he did a wonderful job. Very pleased with our experience.

Recently having purchased a house, I needed septic system inspection work performed. O found One Call Plumbing on the internet and noted they provided services that I required. The technician was timely, explained in detail the proposed work, and understood my objective. One call performed the work to my satisfaction, and I would use them again for future plumbing needs.

I've unfortunately had to call them several times over a two month period. Different problems each time, and while I do think they were a bit high priced. They knew what they were doing and got it done quick.

I had these folks out about three years ago for a hot water heater replacement and was taken aback at the cost; that said, my old unit wasn't up to code, so I can understand the additional expenses. With all the neighborhoods being built in my area (southwest Spartanburg/Moore), my water pressure was through the roof, so not only did I need a new pressure regulator valve, but I also had a leaking water supply for one of my toilets, and I needed a new outdoor spigot.

I can do about 90% of my repairs, but soldering and/or ProPress fittings are beyond my area of expertise/tooling. When Tore King (hope I spelled it correctly) came out, he not only kept me under my $500 budget, but he also moved the PRV inside the garage for easy-access and completed the work in less than three hours. Just watching him work, I could tell he was an "old salt" and knew his profession/trade SO well. Top-notch work. I am so satisfied with these folks, and I will continue to use them.

Chuck did perfect job. He is very patient with me and explain everything to me. I had another company come over and told me my sewer line has two cracks need to be fixed cost 3000$. Since the quote is high, I wanted to get another opinion. When Chuck came, he found out that there is no crack and it is just some extra glue around the joint area. Moreover, he found out the real cause of the problem and fix it for just 325$. I really appreciate his service.

Great experience, had an issue with my water heater, called them at 4pm and was told they could have a tech out at 8am to check out the issue. The gentleman (Kevin) that came out was very polite and thorough, figured out the issue and got me fixed right up. Highly recommend One Call for any of your plumbing needs.

Called in the morning about replacing a kitchen faucet that was leaking, they sent Corey out that afternoon. He was professional and had the new faucet installed within an hour. The old faucet had rusted in place and he had to use an angle grinder to get it out. They have done a few things for us, including a new septic system. They are always on time, clean, professional and they have reasonable rates. No, it's not cheap, but everything has been done right and I would rather pay more one time than have to pay multiple times to fix something more than once.

We had a noise that we couldn't pinpoint. They came out within one hour of our call to investigate for us. As soon as he pulled up he found the leak with our irrigation system and was able to shut off the water. He was quick and got the job done without overcharging for the work. He laid out our options for repair and how to handle the water bill. Would use again!

One Call has to be one of the best plumbing companies in the upstate area! We have had them out for three issues over the past year, and the quality of their work, as well as their responsiveness, was top notch every time. They installed a new sewer line and serviced/repaired septic tank, installed a new water heater in a different location with new plumbing, and responded quickly after a winter storm to check for a possible water leak.

They have impressed me every time with their knowledge, skill and professionalism! Please do not hesitate to use them for your plumbing needs - they are truly outstanding at what they do!

I just had a water heater installed in my loft apartment. It was quite a challenge seeing the water heater was up in the attic. There weren't any pull down stairs only accessible by a ladder. It was a forty gallon heater. Spencer and crew took out the old and put in the new the day he inspected the old heater. The inspector came a couple of days later and he even remarked what a good job they had done. I always recommend One Call Plumbing. Thank you Preston and especially Spencer and the guys. Great job. A really good company! Quality work and priced by the book! Guy Informed me well and I signed to have the work done and it was done very well! I owned a Construction outfit in NC and this company really impressed me! They are now my go to Professional Plumbing Company! Did I mention their not only Licensed but they have performance bonds and general liability insurance in place! That's something that can't be said for a few outfits in the Spartanburg area.

When your toilet backs up, and the plunger doesn't help, it's frustrating and even scary. Called One Call Plumbing. Chuck was at my house within a half hour. Friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable guy. Had everything working in less than an hour. Super guy.

I see why this company received 5 stars from everyone. They are awesome. I called today @ 9am and I talked to Michelle. She was so nice, she took down my information and told me a technician will be at my home in about 30 minutes. She was right. Nick Jennings was there at my doorstep. He was very knowledgeable about everything. He told and showed me what was causing my backup problems.

He told me different routes I could take to save a lil money. (I just let him do it). I think I got what I paid for, promptness, knowledge, and a job well done. Even cleanup the mess. Thank you.

Realized this morning that my water heater was not working, and when I went to investigate, found that it was also leaking. Talked to One Call at about 8:15, Daniel was at my house at 9:15, and installed a new water heater, plus repaired a couple of other valves that were corroded and leaking, by 1:30. Great job, and courteous service.

Literally cannot say enough good things about this company. They have installed a whole house filter for us, and found a solution to a problem that no one else could figure out. The office staff is courteous and friendly, and all of the technicians are professional. They truly go the extra mile!

This place was amazing. From Michelle in the office to Nick, the plumber. Michelle was personable and made sure I saw someone the same day I called. Nick, who came to my house, was very professional and showed up at the time I expected. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions with patience and without any irritation. Great experience with this company! Had a problem with my kitchen faucet early this morning and called at 6:30, planning to leave a message. The owner answered the phone, took my information, and Amy called me before 8:00. Nick was at my house before 9:00 and the faucet was replaced by 11:00. Nick is very knowledgeable and "tidy." I couldn't be more pleased with this company.

I had a blocked drain line that was causing a waste water mess! I passed a One Call Truck after dropping my son at school and called on impulse. I'm so glad I did!
