My family's experience with MDS has made us lifetime clients. We've previously owned 2 new builds and just purchased our 3rd with MDS. Although we offered on a spec home somewhat late in the game, they were accommodating and understanding with some of the customizations we wanted. They know what they are doing and have great service throughout the built.
