I hired United Pro construction to do a job at my property technician named John came to my house gave me the estimate for new roof new gutters new siding and other things the guys came on time as they described the job is going to be done they had everything done on time very good very responsible they clean after what they did I highly recommend this company to friends and family

I needed someone for a second opinion and it needed to be done in a timely manner, United pro went above and beyond helping me and was able to meet all my needs with a couple days. Very nice, easy to communicate and responded timely. Would recommend for any job! They completed the job in 2 days and took pride in their work! Quality work that was phenomenal.

Hands down the BEST work and customer service EVER! I have used this company for my roof since 2015, when they came to do repairs. I recently had a small leak. The owner came over immediately, fixed problem (which took a good hour) and he NEVER charged me. He refused. I mean, talk about customer service! Plus great work! Highly Recommend United Pro!

I'd give 6 stars if I could! Look no further if you are looking for a new roof! Benny and his team are friendly, honest, professional, and reasonably priced and step you through everything with patience and a real pride in their work. They put in two skylights at the same time as the new roof and it's absolutely beautiful - I could not be happier with their responsiveness or service.

Need a new roof? I sympathize. But the happy news is that working with United Pro is a dream. From the hardworking crew to the personable client reps., their staff is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and easy to work with--complete straight shooters. I just had my entire roof redone, along with a detached garage. Their personnel went out of their way to keep me informed each step of the process, on timing and their approach.

At the end of each day, they left the work site clean and safe. They finished a few days ahead of schedule and ensured the roof passed inspection without issue. The workmanship was great. In sum, I'd highly recommend this roofing company. Thank you United Pro!

They were very responsive to my first request and sent someone out the next day for an estimate. They scheduled the repair and kept me informed of the progress. The repair took place quickly and economically. When I replace the entire roof I will definitely go with United Pro. It was a pleasure to work with them!

United Pro took the time to really look at the problem before repairing it. The other 4 companies did not and charged twice as much. While working, took the time to show me the problem and how they were fixing it. In the area of roof repair, they are tops with me.

United Pro went over and above to make sure our roof got done in a timely fashion because we had some serious holes that needed fixed. They worked hard, no chit chat. The surrounding area looked better when they left than when they got there. Cleaned up very well. When we need gutters or the rest of the roof done definitely calling these guys!

United Pro is such an amazing company. They did great work, completed the entire siding, soffients and wrapped windows in a little over a week. They were here every day and sometimes worked to 7 at night. Again, the quality of work was excellent.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with these guys, just great from start to finish. United Pro was great to work with on the quote, and getting us the right shingles, the installers were very professional and did a fantastic job cleaning up everything at the end of every day of work. Great job all around, would happily recommend!

United Pro is amazing! Hands down there is no better company for either roof repair or full reroofing. The work is solid, top notch and most of all reliable. They work well with insurance companies and have a seasoned knowledge of how they can best work with you and your appraisers.

We had a leak in the roof from work done by another company several years ago. Water leaks are really hard to find, but United Pro did, and fixed the leak. They didn't try to up-sell and talk us into more service than we needed. Recommend them. We were really grateful for them.

After meeting with 5 different roofing companies we choose United Pro because of their efforts. Their knowledge and explanation of the process was exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure or salesman pitch - just upfront and honest. Our 110 year old house had 4 layers of shingles including the original wood shake roof. It was a big job.

The workers were courteous and punctual. At the end of each day they left the yard organized and picked up. We has some slight miss communication, Mike out of town during our installation, but things were quickly resolved and we were happy with the resolution. We definitely would recommend Mike and his team for any roofing needs.

United Pro is Awesome. United Pro was referred to us by someone who uses his services often, and we can see why! His quotes are reasonable, his work is high quality, and he and his crew are professional. He initially came to repair the front steps to our building, but also repaired our sidewalk to comply with our building insurance requests. He even installed he back steps as a courtesy!

He also worked on part of the roof and did such amazing work! Woot woot! He then took the time to walk around the building with us, and explain what should be done, what wasn't done properly, and some simple fixes we could do on our own. This was immensely helpful! He is very knowledgable and just a good guy! We will continue to use his services for our building projects! I can't say enough about these guys.

I was very impressed with United Pros. They were very prompt in responding to all questions and concerns. This greatly impressed me. Work started on time and was finished the same day. Cleanup was very thorough. Only two small problems. The satellite dish was removed then reattached the wrong way. United Pro made sure this was taken care of. The bundles of heavy shingles that were repeatedly dropped on the roof caused one light fixture in one of the bedrooms to come loose. This was immediately fixed. United Pro apologized and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend United Pro Construction.

I called United Pro and made an appointment for an estimate. The owner responded that day and provided me with an estimate by that night. The price was very reasonable so I accepted it. My job was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time and that appointment was kept. Many contractors don't show or have many other excuses. United Pro was the total opposite.

Everything was planned and carried out as promised with no issues. The workers arrived and worked hard from start to finish for my 3 day project. The area was left cleaner then when they found it. I am highly satisfied with the final work product and the overall project. Highly recommend! A

Started this process off knowing zero about roofs and roofing and was fortunate enough to get paired with Benny at United Pro who was PHENOMENAL! Never once did I feel as though he was annoyed with this set-up or all the questions each of us had throughout the process. He was professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and has the patience of a saint!

He was very involved, climbing into the attic, explaining the condition of the roof and the entire process very clearly, and re-explained when asked. This man even answered calls, texts and emails when he was OFF and traveling! You don't get this kind of customer service anymore! Someone raised him right! He is definitely an asset to the company. Not to negate the rest of the team, as the actual roofers were professional and kind as well.
