Revived Exteriors

During the recent storms I noticed there were some water stains on my kitchen ceiling. Thinking that this is a roof issue I contacted Revived Exteriors to see if they could pinpoint what the issue was and repair it. My initial contact with the company was very pleasant. The individual I spoke to was very patient and listened attentively to what I said and worked with my schedule to get a technician to my home as soon as possible.

Within a week Cody came to my home and inspected the place and was able to pinpoint the issue and told me what the remedy would be. As it turned out it is not a roof issue but is caused by lack of insulation in my roof. Cody gave me a very thorough explanation of the problems and what was needed to fix it. Cody was very knowledgeable and professional and I would recommend him to anyone who has any issues with their roof.

Update to below: We were recently experiencing high moisture in our attic, unrelated to any issues with our roof our siding. Our customer representative, Cody Wolff, came to our house within 24 hours of me reaching out, got up in the attic, and diagnosed the problem for us, free of charge. He is a dedicated representative and evidence of the great quality and service Revived Exteriors provides. Revived Exteriors served both as our public adjuster and our roof installation professionals after a hail storm.

Our customer representative, Cody Wolff, was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional, both in dealing with us and our insurance company. He was transparent and brought us through the entire process - from filing a claim to the roof installation itself. The contractors who installed our roof were on time, worked fast, and installed a beautiful roof in one day. Overall it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Revived Exteriors.

We had scheduled a roof inspection with Cody but the day of it was snowing. Cody texted me in the morning with ample notice and we switched it the next week. He was thorough and provided detailed feedback on a ridge vent issue. He also caulked a few areas on the spot and did not charge us for it! Excellent communication and great experience with him!

I called for an estimate to see if I had a gutter issue. I had a warped cedar siding board and before replacing it and painting it I needed to see if there was a leaking issue from the roof or gutter. Cody Wolff came out for a free estimate. He arrived right on schedule and was very polite and professional. He listened to me explain what I needed and then climbed up to take a look.

He did not find any issues with the roof or gutter, just a warped board. So I didn't need to use their services today. But if I ever do need a "gutter guy, " I'll certainly give Cody a call.

When we had damage to our first home while on vacation we contacted Revived Exteriors. We met with Cody to go over our damage on our house. We work with Cody for our new roof, gutters and siding. Cody help with roof and gutter questions. Cody also answer all of our questions when picking out our siding for our house. Cody was very flexible with our schedule while meeting in person.

I was very impressed with the process.easy quick call and an appointment was set up quickly with an actual time.not a 4 hour window! They have a very sophisticated notification process that confirms your appointment via email and SMS. Cody came out and assessed the minor leak I was experiencing. He did a thorough inspection to determine potential causes and showed pictures of what he saw. He was very professional and explained everything without giving me a hard sell. Overall, I am very impressed with this company and would recommend to others.

Robert and Tim came out to do a leak inspection in our attic, and they figured out the problem and solved it right away. Thankfully it wasn't a major issue, but Revived Exteriors will absolutely be first on our list should anything come up in the future. Cody came out and gave me a free estimate and is going help me with my insurance claim with Allstate to approve my claim. He was on time, and took over 100 pics of my roof and house, he then explained in detail what needed to be done. He was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions I had. I have had a couple other companies come out and none of them did what Cody did. Cody was here about 2 hours as the others were here for about 10 mins top and never went over anything with me like Cody did. I highly recommend Cody to anyone looking for a roof. Thanks again Cody!

For awhile, my wife and I knew we had to replace our four skylights. We'd looked into, over several years, just replacing the leaking skylights - never did. Then, early November 2021 we decided it would be better to replace our aging roof and the skylights. But what company? We've always valued good communication with our service providers as well as a great product.

When we connected with Cody Wolff at Revived Exteriors we immediately felt we had a communicator. Cody always has done what he said he would do including providing us with other contacts like Tony Jones, his supervisor at Revived Exteriors, who also responded to our calls. Cody guided us through the December winter installation of our skylights and roof - even making sure that the proper shingles for freezing weather installation were used. Amazingly, as per Cody's assurances, the Revived Exteriors work crew installed our skylights and new roof just before Christmas!

Work was done efficiently. Was everything prefect? Of course not - nothing as complex ever is. However, we're discussing a few minor issues, which, I firmly believe will be taken care of because we can talk with Revived Exteriors through Cody.

Revived Exteriors is one of the best contractors in the business which they proved to us during our roof, siding and gutter installations. However, what really sets them apart is their (Robert Ciepiela) willingness to take on the insurance companies and advocate in your behalf. They successfully negotiated a settlement after we had basically given up trying to have our insurance carrier honor our claim. Try them if you feel your insurance company is giving you the runaround.

I recently had my house and garage roofs replaced by Revived Exteriors. And the siding on my house replaced as well. My house looks AMAZING! Although the job was very big and took a little longer than expected, Robert and his team from Revived Exteriors made sure that everything was done right. They leave no stone left unturned. I am very happy with their work and my house seriously looks fantastic. I would definitely refer them in the future and would definitely use them again!
