Marlin Construction did an amazing job! The person I communicated with was very kind and responsive. He personally came out to inspect my leaking skylights and promptly offered me a fair quote. They handled the ordering of the replacement skylights and ensured that the correct size and brand was ordered. The employees who came to install the new skylights were kind and respectful. They worked efficiently and made sure to clean up afterwards. It's been a week now and the skylights look great. No leaks yet!

They were conscientious and professional. They took care of protecting my property from the construction. The cleanup was thorough, removing all debris. I was impressed with their workmanship and I'm pleased with the look of my new roof

Amazing company! It was a process as they had to work with our insurance company but the team there was patient with us, and they communicated during the entire process. David the owner was very involved and you do not find this type of service usually these days. Edith and Brittany were amazing! Our new roof is beautiful. We are so grateful for taking care of us! Marlin did a great job on my roof. Crews were fast and clean up was better than I could've ever imagined. My project manager Denise Martinez was so helpful and stopped in various times during construction work to make sure everything was moving along as planned. All of my questions and concerns were always answered promptly by the office. I am still in complete awe of how they helped me get my roof replaced through my insurance company. I have recommended Denise M. to many friends and families and all are as happy as I am. 5 star company!

I found Marlin Roofing to be very easy to deal with. The job went smoothly and we most appreciated the cleanup they did every time they were on our property, not leaving any mess. We have had several storms since roof complete, and everything appears to be holding up well. We appreciate the efficiency and cleanliness of Marlin Roofing!

Marlin settled my insurance claim in 1 month, and replaced my roof in 3 days. The only thing I paid was my $1,000 deductible, and $170 for 2 sheets of plywood. Yes I had to pay for my plywood because insurance didn't cover it. But come on, I only paid $1,170 for a $24,000 roof! Who would complain about that?!

After a recent storm I noticed the shingles on our roof were pulled up from the wind. Both my wife and I have Parkinson's Disease and Kris was on the spot with an assessment first thing the next morning that was conducive to our needs and situation. He assured us that he would work with our insurance company and get the job done on time. True to his word, he and Marlin came through with flying colors. TJ followed up to insure the quality and satisfaction of the work.

Mike Moon had made a point to be available to meet with the adjuster. We got approved for our new roof. They were able to meet up their promise. He told us exactly what to expect about the service. Everything was just great. The guys were polite and clean. They left the job site as clean as most as it should be. I was impressed across the board with everything.
