We used New Era Roofing Concepts to have our roof resurfaced. Although we had never done it before, we looked for a company that worked with our friends and family. Twice New Era Roofing came up. They were so helpful to us throughout the entire experience. We knew we needed to have the roof resurfaced when we bought our house, and they quickly provided us with a quote before we closed on it. They showed up within a week to finish the job when we were ready to start the project! Strongly recommended! I'm grateful to Eber and his team at New Era Roofing.

Shingles were completely damaged after the hurricane hit us, this is an investment so I never realized until I came back. Eber and his crew tried contacting me multiple times and I eventually ended up calling him. I filed a claim, Eber took pictures and provided me with a roof report to send to insurance about the health of the roof, extremely helpful and awesome!

New Era roofing was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. Eber was able to come out and give a estimate for all repairs needed with a estimate the same day. I called 6 different roofing companies with little to no response and day to three days later with a estimate. Felix who was the roofing employee that completed the work was amazing!
Very communicative with pictures and explanations on the work that he will be doing and had it done in two days! Quality work! Also forgot to mention once I had the funds ready to start the work they were able to get me on the schedule within a couple of days, amazing! Will definitely use in the future and recommend to anyone looking to get some repairs done. Thanks again to Eber, Felix and New Era Roofing for everything!

New Era Roofing did a really good job. They are very thorough from start to finish. I have heard a lot of bad stories about roofers in general, but these guys did an excellent job. They came out several times to make sure every step of the process was done correctly. After the roof was installed they came out again to inspect and caught just a few minor things that the roofer came back out to fix. Very pleased and will recommend to others.

This is my second time using New Era Roofing. They will continue to be my go to roofing company. They replaced the roof on my previous home before we sold it and did an excellent job. So when we bought a house that needed a new roof we knew exactly who to call. Their team did an excellent job on the installation which took just over 2 days. Their team was professional and respectful of my home and needs throughout the process.
What I appreciate most is that they own their mistakes. Their office got a little behind on closing out the permit on the second job. They responded promptly to my questions about it and rectified the situation quickly. Things happen on a project. What I care about is how they are handled. New Era Handled them with grace and professionalism. I will continue to hire them for my roofing needs and will refer them to anyone who asks.

I was in need of a roof replacement and I was referred to New Era Roofing by my home closing attorney. I am so glad I listened to him! The team showed up at 7am and was completely finished with the project by 4pm the same day. When they left, there was no trace of any debris which was awesome. I called around to get quotes from a few companies. Eber with New Era roofing was the only one to contact me afterwards regarding the status of the roof. The quote was slightly higher than the rest, but his follow up was what made me choose New Era roofing. Once we got the roof started, it was no longer than a day and a half for the whole replacement process.
Step by step was laid out and it went right along as described. I have had the new roof for several months with one issue. The one issue was merely cosmetic and Eber personally came out to walk the roof and explained the issue. Eber's customer service was appreciated and I have already referred him.

We are happy with our new roof from New Era Roofing. All went smoothly from the sales through the cleanup! Our salesman explained everything clearly and accurately. The materials were delivered and stacked on the roof the day prior to installation. The installation crew arrived early and worked very diligently through the day. They even covered the pool, A/C and shrubbery, to protect them from the waste. The cleanup was quite thorough, they even remembered to clean out the gutters. The new roof looks very nice.
