Best locksmith in Grosse Ile. I spent 2 hours getting the runaround from every place that I had called. When I called this particular company, he was at my location within 15 minutes. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience with the owner, Jason, tonight. I needed a copy of my key for my car because I only had one and kept losing it, which is stressful beyond measure. He came over within 15 minutes (without charging travel fees) and copied my key within 5. He's fast and efficient! Also, very kind. I would reccomend! :)

This man is a Saint! One of the nicest guys in the world. I was visiting Michigan from WV and somehow managed to lose my ONLY key to my Cadillac. Kinda scary! Not only did Jason get it taken care of in about 20 minutes, he told me exactly what I needed to get. The price he told me was the price I paid, he never inflated it or gave me a bunch of bull. Jason was the most honest and sincere man I have ever cone across in his profession.

Others should take notes from him on customer service. I hope people really read and make their own decisions based on reviews because if I could give him higher than a 5, I would in a heartbeat. Jason was an absolute legend! Dude got to me in like 10 minutes and only took about five minutes! Not ONLY did he take care of my issue but he took the liberty to find my vehicles door code so that I wouldn't have to worry about this in the future! I was scraping my windows this morning and locked myself out of my running car . I was freaking out, not knowing what the heck to do and late for work. I called Jason and he was at my house really quick. It took him a few seconds, he had my car unlocked and I was on the road on my way to work! I lost my keys and didn't have a spare. I called Jason at 10:55. He came to my home and I had my new key at 12:15. He was super friendly and gave me a spare key to have as well. Definitely will use him again and recommend him to anyone!

*NO BAIT AND SWITCH INCLUDED* I am a commercial Electrician and I know how hard it is to find trustworthy help, I had an attempted break in where my ignition had been destroyed and they were able to fix it and program it on site same day. They were reasonable and upfront with the cost and didnt take advantage of my predicament nor take payment until the job was done. I will always call them first for any locksmith needs.

Highly recommend! Another company left me waiting for two hours in the cold before stopping responding - local locksmith came to unlock my car within fifteen minutes (on a Saturday night at almost eleven!) and was super kind and efficient. Jason is great! I locked myself out of my house after already having a long busy day. Jason arrived 15 min after I called and had my door opened within 60 seconds. He also made me a couple copies of my house keys at no charge. Definitely would recommend!

I needed a replacement to a lost car Key ASAP. Jason came out very quickly and had the job done in about 30 minutes. I was not home at the time so I offered to give him my credit card number before he came out but he declined. He said that he doesn't like to take payment until the job is done. Jason is knowledgeable and friendly. Seems like a good, trustworthy person. He worked on our troublesome custom front door locks and got it working for us! Very thankful! He worked around my schedule for the day. Communicated with me in advance about the issue over text which I appreciated.

My grandmother locked herself out of the house. Jason told us it would take 25 minutes and he arrived promptly in about 20 minutes if that. He was quick and efficient. Happy we found him as many others were not available as soon or closed on Saturdays. Everything about the process was smooth and he was friendly. Would recommend and use again if necessary.

Jason was very responsive. Unfortunately another company responded to my Yelp request that I thought was Jason & they were not anywhere as responsive or customer oriented as Jason is.
