I needed an HVAC inspection fast and H-Town was great! They came heavily recommended by my daughter who also used them and had a very good experience for servicing an HVAC unit. Very thorough and affordable! I definitely recommend!

As cold weather gave way to spring, I noticed our 11-year old Lennox AC was running about 16 hours per day even in only 80 degree weather. Realizing something must be wrong, I contacted H-Town AC for service. They were fast to respond, even on a Sunday. Their team quickly diagnosed a refrigerant leak in the evaporator and showed me the location. Unfortunately, this is the second time this system has leaked in a similar place (even after the entire evaporator was replaced).

Given this, I asked for a cost estimate for replacing just the evaporator (with a different brand that is less known for leaks!) vs replacing the entire system with an upgraded higher SEER 2-stage or variable system. Given the high investment of modern HVACs, I also asked for similar estimates for other companies. With H-Town's excellent prices, professional service, and great communication, they were the clear winner!

Their team was willing to install the system the next day (though we waited until the weekend due to my availability that week). The install team was great! Very professional and took care to keep my carpets clean. We are very happy with our new variable speed system. If our second unit ever leaks (also for the second time!), we'll be giving H-Town AC a call again! Thanks!

I have been using H-Town Air Conditioning for several years. They have replaced two of the condenser coils in my AC units, serviced and cleaning both units, and made repairs. I have been very pleased with their thorough and professional service. When our units stopped working, they were responsive and came out right away. Dmitri is very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of my home.

He identified the issue and had team out to replace condenser coils next day so we didn't have to go long without AC. Their pricing is fair. It's been three years now and they are the only are my go to for AC/HVAC issues.

I dealt with several AC companies over several months when my AC was acting up. H-town did a great job troubleshooting the issue and ultimately fixing it. I dealt with Billy, Anthony, and Ivan (on separate occasions) and they were all wonderful, especially Billy. One thing I really appreciated was they showed up when they said they would. Another company I tried would tell me they would show up between 12-3pm, and then not show up until 6pm (and that was after I checked in with them at 4pm and 5pm.) Great work and I would recommend them to others.

I had to replace my two furnaces in my attic, and H-TOWN was amazing at responding quickly, being upfront with great prices, and even following up after the installation. Every time I email them they respond very quick and can be at your house very soon. Highly recommend!

Ive used these guys numerous times and they are absolutely AMAZING. I wish other service companies were as affordable, straightforward and honest as these guys. They did a great job, and were very professional and knowledgeable. He identified the problem, and had everything running in about 30 minutes! Great experience.

Despite the large number of service calls, they were able to accommodate a second-day service request at our required time. They called to warn us that they were running a little behind well in advance, and instead ended up arriving early. The service tech was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had the system up and running in nothing flat, even with going to pick up needed parts. Great job, great service, and the rate was about half of what was expected for the type of repair. Highly recommended!

I have a property that I am renting and I had an issue with the ac. Didn't work. I have a bit history with this ac unit and already spend a lot of money and I was hoping that I am not going to pay much right now. I was calling to h-town and answer a polite person. I was scheduled an appointment and needed to reschedule and that was not an issue. When dimitry the tech come he was not spending time, figure out the problem ( some disconnected wires and some electrical issue) and fix it immediately. The fixing was include in the service call. I had my attic AC unit leaking. I called and they were able to come the same day. Semeon showed up on time, he was very knowledgeable and repaired the issue on the spot, he did an excellent job. It's the second time I used their services and would definitively recommend them.

Upstairs A/C was on the blink and it was HOT! Called and they scheduled in morning of 2nd day after call. Office called to confirm tech on way. Tech arrived on time and went straight to work. He was very professional and worked without my feeling the need to watch him. Wrote up invoice neatly and explained it. Was responsive with pricing for my question about maintenance deal, but did not try to upsell. We will be doing the maintenance deal with them, moving from a highly advertised provider. We are very pleased with our experience.

This is probably the best service company that I have used. Not only did they answer right away but also came out the same day when it was convenient for me. They were also right on time. The technician Dimitri was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He also showed me what he did and demonstrated the results. We really lucked out with H-Town: Alex is outstanding. He was timely, friendly, and funny. He repaired so many different things in our house, even driving to Home Depot in rush hour when he didn't have enough parts (we need two toilets repaired!). He spent quite a while fixing our dishwasher even after saying he thought it would need an appliance professional, and charged us so much less than we imagine it would cost. We'll hire them again any time we need plumbing or AC work.

We had several contractors comes to our house to give us quotes. Alex was thorough, professional, and his price was the most reasonable. The work, as promised took a day and a half to complete. Alex and his friend showed up on time both days, worked hard and took good care of our home. They were both a pleasure to work with.

The service was excellent. All pricing and options were explained clearly. The work was done quickly and competently. I especially like that he does background checks on all of his service employees. I found them to be friendly, capable and trustworthy. I had my air conditioner replaced about 10 years ago and it had never cooled the entire house properly and rusted out from the bottom requiring replacement. Kevin, the owner, explained the reason, solved the problem and now I need to wear a sweater in the house if I keep the air conditioner on too long. I couldn't be happier!

We live in a condo and asked that the repair person call us when he arrived so we could provided access to the building and our unit. He called as soon as he arrived so I appreciated the communication from the office to the repair person! Repair person arrived on time, went up to the roof in our condo to check our unit and sure enough it was low on freon.

He checked our unit inside our condo to verify all was well, checked the thermostat and remounted it as it was very loose (it was new and not mounted securely). We were good to go! Unfortunately freon is getting more and more costly to use and our unit is quite old and needs more frequent attention so we'll probably have to purchase a new one in the near future.

Until that time, around the clock has helped us keep this old one running! We've used them several times and have been fortunate to have knowledgeable and efficient repairmen each time. On time, competent, easy to schedule, always have needed equipment. Will use again! Not sure about the exact date of service as I'm late entering this review.
