Our expert plumbers will evaluate your piping system and determine the optimal solution between repair and replacement. We take into account critical factors like the level of damage, pipe age, cost-effectiveness, pipe material, and potential future repairs. Following this assessment, our specialists will suggest the appropriate course of action. If the damage is minor, they will schedule a repair. However, if the sewer system is severely damaged or the pipe material is deteriorated and fragile, we will advise a complete replacement of the system.
Hydro jetting plumbing is a method of ensuring that your plumbing system and sewer lines operate at peak performance. As time passes, your pipes become increasingly susceptible to damage due to the accumulation of buildup. Debris and foreign objects that become lodged can cause clogs, resulting in system backups and potentially even overflow, leading to costly water damage repairs and possible mold contamination.
Video camera inspections have gained popularity due to their non-invasive yet highly effective plumbing technique. Here's how it works: A plumber inserts a specialized camera mounted on a long and flexible rod into the pipes. Unless you reside far from the road, the rod's length is sufficient to reach the municipal sewer line, providing a thorough inspection of every inch of your plumbing system's pipes. As the camera is inserted, high-resolution real-time video is transmitted to a handheld screen, enabling the plumber to visualize the interior of the pipes and identify any issues detected by the camera.
Flatley's certified and insured experts can install a tankless hot water heater in your residence with minimal disruption. These models are generally smaller than heaters with tanks and can be mounted on a wall in your home or business. Several systems are also available to cater to specific properties' distinct water heating requirements. Special venting prerequisites and burner adjustments may be necessary.

I called express plumbing on Sat morning and got scheduled for the same day. The technician, Diego, showed up only 3 hours after I made my call (this is what I call - express!) and right in the estimated time that the company provided to me. Diego was super professional and nice. He performed the services promptly and quickly. Additionally, he took his time to listen and gave me his suggestions. Everything is fixed within 1 hour. This is my first time using express plumbing and I know they will be the one I will call if I have any plumbing issue in the future!

Our ejector pump ran continuously one night due to a bad float switch. We had to unplug it to stop it from running. Flatley's Plumbing Express was called at 7 am when they opened. They put us first on their list of services for the day and were at our home by 8 am. The service person wore shoe covers (booties) over his shoes so as to not dirty our home.
The service person identified our issue immediately and made several recommendations for repair, and quoted us a price before starting anything. The work was performed quickly, accurately, was done without any mess. We have also used Flatley's once before for a minor issue. They were just as responsive and nice to deal with. $780 was ALOT of money for the one hours worth of work that was done.
One thing to note is that the pump quality we now have is a superior grade compared to what we had, which we are happy about. For an hours worth of work, they made some good money and we got some piece of mind, and the ability to shower, flush toilets, etc.
