If you are in need of flooring I would HIGHLY recommend Daniel at Elephant. He and his team are 100% customer focused. I have found their pricing to be very fair and workmanship is top notch. I would not hesitate to use them if I ever needed a flooring contractor again.

Overall I had a great experience with the Elephant flooring team. Daniel responded to the call, took measurements the same day we called, and gave us a very reasonable quote the next morning. He is a true subject expert and gave us a lot of excellent advice about installation and process. The team came on Monday next week, right in time. They gave us a call before they came. George was the main contractor installing the floor, and he was just amazing.

Daniil & team did a wonderful job. They completed the work in a week like promised. 1650 sq feet installation including stepping up in our living room. We installed Medieval flooring SPC/LVP at our new place and Daniil took care of everything from ordering to delivering the material. There was a minor issue that we noticed after a week and Daniil & team were quick to come back and fix it. Daniil also helped us selecting casings for our door as well as baseboards.

As a first time homeowner, he gave other suggestions too for our home which were really helpful. The team found a water damage near one of the windows and they were able to fix that for me too. Highly recommend Daniil & team :

Reached out to Daniil as we were looking to get quotes from multiple floor installers. Daniil promptly came out to gather measurements and quickly sent us a quote within 1-2 days. He was very responsive via text messaging too when I was picking his brain for the best way to install our floors with the least amount of squeaking. Although we ultimately proceed with using him and his team to install our floors, he has terrific communication skills, offered to go the extra mile to get sound proof padding if we so wished it and immediately took pictures of padding he would recommend if we went down that route. I have no doubt he would have installed our floors to perfection and honestly would have gone with Daniil if we could afford it.

I can't say enough good things about Elephant Floors. They removed carpet and parquet flooring and installed new hardwood floors in a large space (~1200 square feet) plus a flight of stairs, the entrance way and a closet. The wood is perfectly laid - seamlessly moving among three rooms with long lines. They kept the house really clean and neat, moving my furniture around, so I didn't have to move it.

They did this start to finish in 4 days, my friends and neighbors are amazed - lots of excellent feedback.and this includes a contractor, who does this himself. Thank you Daniil, Hector and team, Bravo!

Daniil and his team did an excellent job of replacing hardwood floors, stairs and carpet in our house. We had a pretty big and difficult project and this team worked hard and diligent to provide the best quality and complete the project on time. Me and my wife were looking for a reliable flooring company to install the hardwood floors. We also needed to replace a few spots of subfloor after a last years water damage. Subfloor repairs was about 300 ft. total. We also were helped to choose the right floors, we have a 70 pound dog that can easily scratch the new floors, so the ones we chose are scratch resistant.

The entire project took a little bit less than four days. We were explained in the beginning how the process will take place, so as the repairs started we were more than ready for this project. Overall it was great experience, in a few years we are planning to sell our house, so if our next home will need any floor repairs to be done we will call Elephant Floors for sure. Great service, professional approach, highly recommend!

If I had a chance, I would give 6 star! I have used Elephant Floors to replace carpet in my condo. They did the job within 2 days, as promised. We wanted to replace carpeting on the stairs and hallway with laminate and wanted a customer-service oriented company that would provide quality work. We chose Elephant Floors because of great past reviews, a fast estimate of the work to be performed, and responsiveness to all of my questions. Once we obtained the quote, Daniil of Elephant Floors was very helpful in also providing suggestions on styling, materials, and where to purchase materials at wholesale prices.

The installation was promptly scheduled and the work was completed within the estimated timeframe. For the installation, our furniture was covered with plastic to protect it from dust which was a bonus that they took the extra effort which shows pride in their work. We were very pleased with the quality of work, attention to detail, and professionalism of the installer, Sam. Daniil was onsite at the beginning and completion of the work and ensured that everything was completed to our satisfaction.

They cleaned everything up, inside and outside, at the completion of the job. The entire project was completed within a week which was great! Elephant Floors was a pleasure to do business with, and we would not hesitate to have them help us with future projects.

Me and my wife have contacted Daniel/Elephant Floors in regards of refinishing hardwood and installing tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. He came in to do the measurement and talked to us about the project. Daniel happened to be young, very professional and knowledgeable contractor. He took all the measurements, explained to us the logistics of the project, also came up with the labor cost estimate on the spot.

After talking to 2 other companies, we have decided to work with Daniel and Elephant Floors. We had to move out of the house and rent a PODS box to put all the furniture in. Daniel handled everything! We have spent 7 days in Tahoe, while the team was doing the job. After we came back, not only the project was already completed, the guys put all the furniture back where it belongs. I had an amazing experience with elephant floors. they were super honest and told me how to fix the flooring issues without charging anything.

I am very happy with the work elephant floors did for me. I had maple hardwood floors installed in two rooms, and then refinished the floors in the entire house. Daniil is excellent to work with and he delivers great customer service. Francisco and his crew did a great job with actual work. They cleaned up after themselves every day and at the end of the job. I recommend them!

I have zero complain about these guys. Very honest and punctual team, worked around my heavy furniture, cleaned up good at the end of the day, most importantly, the project was done as scheduled and as promised.
