Today was my first time working with Grande Air, and I was thoroughly impressed. Isael came out and explained everything he was doing, gave me some tips, and provided estimates of when some of the moving parts may need replacement. They were on time, respectful, and didn't attempt to be pushy about what we needed. The quote was fair and the Technician that performed the install and repair was absolutely fantastic! Ivan goes above and beyond to make sure you receive exactly what you need and nothing more nothing less.
A real straight shooter, with a knack for knowing how to explain the specifics to the respective audience. He was able to stop by during a weekend about 4 weeks after the install when a sudden issue came up with about 30 minutes notice! Astonishing!

Our AC went out Sunday night. I reached out to Grande Monday morning. We were able to get an appointment for Monday afternoon. Daniel, our tech, was prompt and knowledgeable. He checked out part of our system that could be an issue in the future to insure we wouldn't be calling in again soon. He made a recommendation on an airflow filter he walked by, and then he checked our AC unit.
It turned out to be a simple part replacement and he had the part on his truck. Our house was cooling off again in no time. I highly recommend Grande Air Solutions for your heating and cooling needs.

Ivan and James are incredibly professional, and we're able to diagnose the issue with my ac within one hour. The system was old, and we had already had previous problems before. We decided to get a new ac system installed by them. The installation was done the same day, and we have noticed a 40% decrease in our electric bill over the past nine months.

Showed up on time, wore coverings over their shoes, quickly diagnosed the problem, checked over the entire system, provided images of everything, and fixed the issues in a timely manner. Have used Grande before. They are always courteous, fast and reasonable. Most of all they are always honest - they never try to sell you stuff you don't need, and they have loyalty type programs you can sign up for like their Priority Services Membership. Jason Rodgers, the technician that came out for an emergency visit was professional, and explained everything clearly. He answered all of my questions in detail. The cost was fair and the warranty associated with the replacement part is good. Highly recommend, I will definitely keep Grande Air Solutions in mind for references and future use.

Have used Grande twice now for two different issues. Both times they have been prompt to return my calls for booking service and have been able to come out the same day for service. Technicians are friendly, honest and up front. I am in the construction industry and have used many different HVAC contractors in the past but have never been this satisfied with any other company. Highly recommend!

Izzy and his team are so amazing! Our AC went out on the hottest evening of the summer and within hours he was at our home fixing it so our baby wouldn't have to sleep in a hot house. We continued to use him to repair some AC ducts in our attic and fully service our AC unit. He was always on time and went above and beyond! We are in the process of moving and not only are gifting the new owners our winter service but will continue to use them! It's a family company and they work really hard! Would highly recommend!

This is a true professional- honest and thorough. I had done my own quick assessment that our reversing valve on our heat pump was bad. I jumped to the wrong conclusion and he could have charged me big bucks for replacing that reversing valve- that wasn't it, it was that the stat was bad (something I should have caught), and we got it replaced and he only charged me for the service call. I highly recommend Grande to anyone!

I own a Cellphone wireless business and yesterday my ac was not cooling and i call an ac company to come an fix it but their price was ridiculous they were charging me $8500 to replace the system. My AC was leaking air badly from a very poor installation job. I called this company, spoke with Isael and he was able to show up that night. He looked at the whole system, showed me what the issues were and took the time to explain things. Very knowledgeable guy, very happy and will not call anyone else. A million thanks.
