Tobias and his team were absolutely professional and fantastic to work with on our roof repair. They even helped with our insurance claim and were very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and showed up when they said they would. To be up-front, I did not use these folks for the roof repair, although I would. It was minor work that was needed. Called Tobias, He immediately picked up the phone, both times. Told him my issue and he let me know they are stacked up on work. He inquired where the work was needed which is close to his house. Left me with the feeling that he would have me taken care of this week despite his busy schedule. By other reviews the work they do is quality, I can't speak to that.but I can tell you that responsiveness and customer care seems to be a priority at this outfit.

I chose to use Quality Refurb because they had excellent reviews and were a local business. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. The price was competitive and Tobias was great to work with. I think the pictures they took throughout the process gave me the reassurance that it was done and done correctly. Absolutely five stars.
