We had B&G carpet clean a rental house and they were able to remove or at least minimize some stains in the carpet. Great job communicating and being flexible with some date changes we had to coordinate with contractors. Received phone call with arrival and concerns they had about carpet to be cleaned to set expectations on final outcome for carpet. Great job and will use again!

B&G Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job on our carpet, they were quick, polite, and even managed to get a stubborn pet stain removed that several other competitors told us was not possible. Anyone interested in having your carpets and floors cleaned I would recommend making these guys your first call!

Excellent customer service! The owners really treat you like family. They will make sure your carpets are clean and fresh like new. They can also handle tile, stone, and other types of flooring to make it sparkle. This was my first time using a carpet cleaner and I'm pleasantly satisfied! We only have rugs in our house and they were able to make them look brand new and get a stain out of our dining room rug that I had no luck getting our myself. Their machines were also surprisingly quiet. I would definitely recommend them!
