Daniel was great in everything. He explained all that needed to be done and displayed the estimate so there were no surprises. His work and demeanor is very professional. Daniel also has a great personality. The main thing was the repair was done correctly and completely in a timely manner for what was required. It was a broken shower valve so it's n really a simple job for a lay person. Now my shower looks and works great.

A friend told me I should do the repairs myself; I don't think so. Today I had the kitchen faucet replaced, the dishwasher removed, guest bathroom faucet (for shower/tub) replaced, and, last but not least, the handheld shower head's replaced in both bathrooms. The two technicians who came were fast and efficient. Warren explained why I should have the old (and unused) dishwasher removed; I'd been considering it for a while.
I now have extra kitchen storage space! I'm embarrassed that I didn't get the other technician's name. While he tackled the kitchen faucet, Warren showed me why the guest bathroom bathtub faucet should be changed. I'd rather be proactive when it comes to plumbing issues. They arrived early too and got right to work.

I called on Friday morning for a drain clog issue thinking I would get scheduled sometime the next day, but they were able to get my job in on Friday afternoon. Jacob was very understanding, even though what I was experiencing did not make logical sense. He was very efficient and completed the job with no issues.

My solar water heater was leaking water and needed replacing. I called Waialae Plumbing who came and gave me an estimate for a new unit. They worked me in their schedule the next day to do the replacement. The workers were professional and had the job done in a speedy manner. Needed a kitchen drain clean and new disposal. This company quoted me half of what the other company quoted me so I went with Waialae plumbing and glad I did. Dan was super helpful and effective in getting the job done and explaining to me what he thought was best. Very efficient and awesome service! The scheduler was professional and able to get me an appointment the next day. Nathan was professional, courteous, personable and prompt. He diagnosed and repaired the leak and explained to us what we needed to understand. He was also able to give us a quote for another issue. The quote was $200 less than another plumbing company that we called. Excellent service that we will definitely use again.
