Due to its placement, the old water heater had to be transported past the house, but they left no other trash behind. Additionally, during times of covid, they remained aloof and continuously donned masks. And after I called a number of businesses, they provided me the most reasonable and straightforward quote. Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning installed my original ac unit many years ago, and when it needed replacing I got them to supply and fit the replacement units. I have a maintenance contract with them and they visit twice a year for a service. I've always been happy with the service, the engineers are prompt and friendly.

This business deserves a six star service given their speed to service, offer to provide a temporary (emergency) solution If needed, and their integrity to fix rather than replace. Our solar hot water system was leaking water badly and no longer heating water. Two tech arrived within an hour of taking my call and promptly diagnosed/ resolved the issue. Going forward, we will be using these guys for any hot water issues!

We called Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning on Wednesday to quote for an AC installation. They came out the following Monday and completed the job! The tech was great and thorough. We went into this visit knowing that there was a chance we would need a new furnace. He gave us our options for repair which would cost us around half the price of a new unit. When I asked about us possibly needing to just get a new unit, he was very honest in answering. Our unit is old enough where even if he did the repairs. we may get more time out of our unit but not enough to make it worth the repair costs. We now have an appointment set up to meet with a salesperson, to pick our new unit tomorrow evening. Thanks!

The dispatch lady I spoke too was very kind and helpful and went out of her way to make sure she could schedule somebody to come out and fix my home A/C HVAC system the same morning.
