We had a minor emergency plumbing issue right at the end of business day. While they were not able to come after hours, they did come first thing in the morning the next day. The technicians that came were very knowledgeable and efficient. They were patient with my questions and desire to watch the repair, and gladly wore the shoe coverings I provided to protect our newly installed carpet.

I will highly recommend HM Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. My Warranty company sent them out on my hot water heater. It was 24 years old and had stopped working. To old for parts. HM put in a new one. The young man was knowledgeable and efficient. After being with out hot water for 2 weeks because my warranty company couldn't find anyone to come to Augusta. I am a new homeowner and had to use my home warranty for the first time. I submitted the service request through AHS Sunday night. I got a call from hm plumbing Monday around 9am asking for more information on the problem. They said someone would be out that day between 1 and 3pm I was surprised to get a call from Scott advising me that he was in his way.

He was at my home by 12. He was quick to diagnose the problem and got right to work. Being a newer homeowner I had several questions and he was easily able to answer any that I had.i was already extremely grateful to know he was the one coming after reading reciew after review about how great he was. And I am here to say no different. He was polite, professional, quick and on time. It was a great experience from start to finish.
