Today they saved me. I got a plumber from another company to come today to get shut off valves and cap the drains of my unfinished bathroom, the plumber came looked at my bathroom and basically said "Sorry for waisting your time, i dont want to do this job get someone else". I quicked called CPI Plumbing to see if they can help me because my plumber from another company just left me. CPI sent me someone one who arrived just 1hr after I called, he completed the job the same day.they did a great job, great quality of work, the precission, it was worth every penny. Ryan was the plumber, super knowledgeable, kind, and just good at what he does. For sure I will use them again.

While having a new furnace installed we had CPI replace our hot water tank with a circulating pump at the same time The techs were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional at all times. Trever came out early and was very helpful giving us multiple options and informing us that our piping underneath the house wasn't sloped properly. He went ahead and did a pipe cleaning to unclog our drain at a more than fair price. He did it fast, was kind and professional. We will definitely be using CPI in the future. Service:Drain cleaning

We made an appointment, Oliver, called as they said before appointment and showed up on time. Thoroughly checked every area to determine where our water leak was coming from. Provided estimate as he said he would. Consulted with the company to give us an accurate estimate. 5 stars for all around great service. I had a pipe that seemed to have burst and split underneath my house. As I was looking to shut off my water I called CPI for emergency assistance in helping to repair my piping as I had no idea where the pipe originated from and was connected to. He was courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and recommended additional products/services that would improve the overall home owning experience. We had a toilet leak that was caused by a different problem than what we originally suspected. We called CPI and they came out the next morning. Calvin worked the problem through with us helping us to the best possible solution. He was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable about what needed to be done while confirming his diagnosis and solution with the main office. CPI got someone out three hours earlier than scheduled, this was awesome since I had to shut the main off for the leak. When Mike arrived, he was quick to find the issue and clearly explained the repairs needed. He had the repair done very fast and left no mess behind. Ryan was prompt, even offered to come early for my scheduled appointment. He was neat and conscientious about shoe covers. He took pics to explain what he saw in my furnace and offered his suggestions with no pressure. He was professional and friendly.

Trever was my technician. My 70 year old sewer pipe from the house to the city was not flowing. His communication was clear and detailed on what was required. He was respectful of my home, warm and genuine. I appreciated that CPI did not charge a fee to drive to my house. A local Bellingham plumbing company charges $298 to drive to your house, assess the issue and then offers an estimate. I did not choose to go with them. I felt CPI's rate was at par with other plumbing services. I would call them again.

CPI was able to send a technician out first thing the next morning. Chris was professional, friendly, and honest. He helped us figure out what the problem was and come up with a solution. Definitely recommend!

I requested a quote from CPI for a new water softener. They were very responsive and communication was top-notch. Ryan came out and spent a lot of time explaining the options and pricing. I'm still reviewing the bids to decide which company to go with but I was very pleased with their responsiveness. The installation of a post water softener filter and proper softener flush line installation was contracted for today. Wesley Born and one other tech arrived on time (they called in advance), and worked until finished - about six hours later. Wesley listened to my preferences for the flush pipe routing and they did a professional job.

I won't hesitate to use them for future jobs. It's nice to have a trusted plumbing company in the area! I requested that CPI proceed with the final phase of the job and install a new water softener. The wanted to update the cost proposal and frankly I was getting a bit frustrated with the number of inaccuracies in the revised bid. Things I'd already paid for were listed in the final bid and other inaccuracies.

I was about just to go with someone else when they offered to come back out to the house to validate any additional changes needed to support a new water softener. Coady Pike and Ryan came out and confirmed that a revised proposal was in order. This was provided and the cost more in line with what I had been expecting. I'm still waiting to hear if their water softener can support WiFi or not but because this is a recent tech capability for this vendor, but Coady said he was in contact with the company that makes the water softener. More to come, I suppose. Coady and Ryan were great though.

Mike Smalanskas and Steven were great. They not only fixed the problem but also fully explained how everything worked, what they did, and how to better avoid issues in the future. They were professional and friendly at the same time. Very pleased with the experience.

Great communication and on schedule. It was a mini split repair and heat pump surge protector for a rental unit, being off-site I was very pleased with the entire experience as was the tenant. Well done Davis and office staff!

Plumbers are not going to be inexpensive but I do feel we got our money's worth! Our water heater went out and even tho' it was close to 5pm, they sent a technician right away. The few other places we tried would be another day or two before they could come out. We would have NO running water in the meantime. Technician hooked us right up w/running water, removed the bad water heater and cleaned up as best as possible.

Then we were repaired and ready for reinstall, he came right out, worked diligently to get us all set. The new water heater set up is much better & more preventive so we don't have the same worry about any leaks. We appreciated the good service we received.

Highly recommend CPI! We have used them multiple times for plumbing issues and always satisfied. Most recently we were blessed to have Corbin come out and assist us with a small issue. He exceeded all our expectations! He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He even took pictures to show us the problem and help better understand the solution.

Corbin was very personable and willing to answer all our questions. He explained everything he was checking/testing in easy to understand terms. He was careful of our property. I would definitely recommend CPI Plumbing and Heating for general maintenance or specific projects.

Ryan was knowledgeable, professional, prompt and thorough. My only 'negative' feedback is related to the fact that I was not really prepared for the amount of water mess that was left behind. Had I known there would be water outside our shower - floor, rugs, carpet - I would have thrown down some towels. Otherwise, we are very pleased with what we got.

They installed a heat pump mitsubishi. They are extremely professional. They did a great job. They are conscious of making sure there were no problems around the house after they cleaned up. These guys had a great attitude and I would recommend them over and over again.

Chris was great. I had a leaking water faucet on the house exterior. I asked to have it capped since it was in an odd place anyway, a prior owners brilliant idea, but it was negatively affecting the siding where it had been placed. Davis was thorough, punctual, and deductive. He was friendly and attentive, and went out of his way to make sure I understood what my options were. My only issue was he didn't wear a mask despite my request with the scheduler to do so.

They responded and came over very quickly. Our technician looked over our water filter system and performed tests on our water. His explanation made it very easy to understand what the test was about and which system would be compatible for our house. They were very thorough about our safety. We would definitely recommend! My original water heater had broke for probably the 5th time. Called for qoutes to install the new one that was purchased from home depot. The appointment was set for 12/15/21 they called to let me know a service team was in my area and could come a day early. This company and the teams respond in timely manner are professional and informative. Henry and Brianna had a tough job and they did so with enthusiasm.

The price is as expected for this kind of work. They helped lower the cost for me incredibly and I am so very thankful for how they worked with me on that. I recommend these guys!

CPI customer service is spot on. They listened to us when we asked about the way the quote process was handled and they truly wanted to determine what went wrong so they could fix it. They did make things right and were prompt to ensure the customer concerns were addressed.
